چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر توسعه مشارکت معلمان و دانش آموزان در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی (مراکز پژوهش‌سراهای دانش آموزی) انجام شد.

روش شناسی: مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا کیفی بود جامعه پژوهش خبرگان حوزه پژوهش‌سراهای دانش‌آموزی استان سمنان در سال 1401-1400 بودند که از میان آنان طبق اصل اشباع نظری ۱۶ نفر با روش‌های نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود که روایی آن با روش مثلث سازی تایید و پایایی آن با روش ضریب کاپایی کوهن ۶۲ درصد به دست آمد. داده‌ها با روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2020 تحلیل شدند.

یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر توسعه مشارکت معلمان و دانش آموزان در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی شامل 18 مفهوم، ۶ مقوله فرعی و 3 مقوله اصلی بود. مقوله‌های اصلی شامل ساختار پژوهش‌سرا (با دو مقوله فرعی سیستم پاداش دهی و قدردانی از تلاش‌های معلمان و دانش آموزان و شرایط به کارگیری و اصول اخلاقی در فرایند آن)، ماموریت و چشم انداز شفاف پژوهش سرا (با دو مقوله فرعی تدوین برنامه استراتژیک و تدوین مشخص اهداف، رسالت ها، ارزش ها و چشم اندازها) و قوانین، مقررات و سیاست گذاری ها (با دومقوله فرعی انعطاف پذیری در فرآیند بکارگیری معلمان،دانشجو معلمان و دانشجویان مستعد و افزودن امتیاز در ارزشیابی سالانه و رتبه بندی) بودند.

بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به عوامل مؤثر شناسایی شده بر توسعه مشارکت معلمان و دانش آموزان در فعالیت های پژوهشی(مراکز پژوهش سرای دانش آموزی)، برنامه ریزی جهت توسعه مشارکت آنان ضروری است که از طریق عوامل شناسایی شده محقق می شود.

Identifying Effective Factors on the Development of Teachers' and Students' Participation in the Research Activities of Student Research Centers

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers).

Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of execution method. The research community was experts in the field of student research institutes of Semnan province in 2021-2022, among them, according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 16 people were selected using targeted and snowball sampling methods. were chosen. The tool of data collection was a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed by the triangulation method and the reliability of 62% was obtained by the Cohen's kappa coefficient method. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA 2020 software.

Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities included 18 concepts, 6 sub-categories and 3 main categories. The main categories include the structure of the research center (with two sub-categories of the system of rewarding and appreciating the efforts of teachers and students and the conditions of application and ethical principles in its process), the clear mission and vision of the research center (with the two sub-categories of developing a strategic plan and developing Specific goals, missions, values and perspectives) and laws, regulations and policies (with the subcategory of flexibility in the process of employing teachers, student teachers and gifted students and adding points in the annual evaluation and ranking).

Discussion and conclusion: Considering the effective factors identified on the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers), it is necessary to plan for the development of their participation, which is realized through the identified factors.
