چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت مشارکتی با رویکرد معلمان به تدریس در مدارس مقطع ابتدائی شهرستان نیک شهر بود.
روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نیک شهر بود که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری کل جامعه مبنای نمونه قرار گرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف جزو تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش جزو تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در این تحقیق دو پرسشنامه‌ مدیریت مشارکتی و پرسشنامه رویکرد معلمان به تدریس بود که از پایایی و روایی قابل قبول برخوردارند. 
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان دادکه بین مدیریت مشارکتی با رویکرد محلم محوری به تدریس در مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نیک شهر رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود داشت اما رابطه مدیریت مشارکتی با رویکرد دانش آموز محوری به تدریس مثبت و معنادار بود. 
نتیجه گیری: همچنین مشخص شد هریک از ابعاد مدیریت مشارکتی به تفکیک با رویکرد معلم محوری به تدریس رابطه منفی و معنادار و با رویکرد دانش آموز محوری به تدریس رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشتند.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between participatory management and teachers' approach to teaching in elementary schools in Nikshahr city.
Methodology: The statistical population of this research included all elementary school teachers in Nikshahr city, which was used as the basis of the sample due to the limited statistical population. This research is one of the applied researches in terms of its purpose, and in terms of its nature and method, it is one of the correlational descriptive researches. The tools of data collection in this research were two participatory management questionnaires and teachers' approach to teaching questionnaires, which have acceptable reliability and validity.
Findings: The results of data analysis showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between participatory management and the student-centered approach to teaching in elementary schools in Nikshahr, but the relationship between participatory management and the student-centered approach to teaching was positive and significant. .
Conclusion: It was also found that each of the dimensions of collaborative management separately had a negative and meaningful relationship with the teacher-centered approach to teaching and a positive and meaningful relationship with the student-centered approach to teaching.
