چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق طراحی و اعتبار سنجی برنامه درسی صلاحیت های بین فرهنگی دانشجو معلمان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. روش پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی و برای انجام آن از تحلیل ‌داده ‌بنیاد استفاده شد.
روش: جامعه آماری شامل افراد متخصص و صاحبنظر در زمینه صلاحیت های بین فرهنگی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند در مجموع تعداد ده نفر به عنوان مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش انتخاب شدند. داده ها ی مورد نیاز با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه سازمان یافته به دست آمد . برای به دست آوردن اعتبار و روایی داده ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و همچنین مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. پایایی مدل با استفاده از شاخص کاپا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقدار شاخص کاپا برابر با 629/0 محاسبه  و  در سطح توافق معتبر قرار گرفته است.  با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda  به بررسی مصاحبه ها و کدگذاری پرداخته شده است.
یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که  167 کد اولیه در قالب 19 مقوله اثر روانی بین فرهنگی در تعلیم و تربیت، ایجاد نگرش مثبت به فرهنگ ها ی دیگر، توجه آموزش و پرورش به بین فرهنگی، توجه به خرده فرهنگ ها در بین فرهنگی، شناخت تفاوت فرهنگ ها، شناخت معلمان نسبت به موضوع بین فرهنگی، مهارت در ایجاد ارتباط، مهارت های ذهنی در ایجاد ارتباط، مهارت های رفتاری در ایجاد ارتباط، نقش ارتباط و تعامل در بین فرهنگی، نقش اسناد بالادستی در بین فرهنگی، نقش بین فرهنگی در تنش های کلاسی، نقش حاکمیت در خصوص بین فرهنگی، نقش دین در بین فرهنگی، نقش مدرسه به عنوان رابط فرهنگی، نقش معلم در بین فرهنگی، نقش نظام تعلیم و تربیت در بین فرهنگی، نگاه  جامعه به بین فرهنگی، هماهنگی در مهارت های ذهنی و رفتاری، دسته بندی شده اند.
نتیجه گیری: بدین جهت سازوکاری مناسب به منظور نزدیکی فرهنگها و ایجاد تفاهم و تعامل میان آنها در جهت هم زیستی نیاز است. یکی از راههای مناسب برای رویارویی با دنیای تحولگرای امروز آموزش فرهنگی است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to design and validate the curriculum of intercultural competencies of student teachers at Farhangian University. The research method was a qualitative research type, and the foundation data analysis was used to conduct it.
Methodolgy: The statistical population included experts and experts in the field of intercultural competences, who were selected as participants in the research using the purposeful sampling method. The required data was obtained using semi-structured interviews. In order to obtain the reliability and validity of the data, two methods of reviewing the participants and also reviewing the experts who were not participating in the research were used. The reliability of the model was evaluated using the Kappa index. The value of Kappa index equal to 0.629 was calculated and it was placed at the level of valid agreement. Interviews and coding were analyzed using Maxqda software.
Findings: The results showed that 167 primary codes in the form of 19 categories of intercultural psychological effect in education and training, creating a positive attitude towards other cultures, paying attention to intercultural education and training, paying attention to subcultures in intercultural , recognition of differences between cultures, teachers' knowledge of intercultural issues, skills in creating communication, mental skills in creating communication, behavioral skills in creating communication, the role of communication and interaction in intercultural, the role of upstream documents in intercultural, the role of Culture in class tensions, the role of governance regarding interculturality, the role of religion in interculturality, the role of the school as a cultural link, the role of the teacher in interculturality, the role of the education system in interculturality, society's view of interculturality, coordination in skills Mental and behavioral are categorized.
Conclusion: For this reason, a suitable mechanism is needed in order to bring cultures closer and create understanding and interaction between them in the direction of coexistence. Cultural education is one of the right ways to face today's changing world.
