رابطه بین سرمایه روان‌شناختی و مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سرمایه روان‌شناختی بر مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان انجام گرفت.
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و از نظر نوع، کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوره دوم شهرستان دهلران در سال تحصیلی 98-1397بودند که بر اساس جدول مورگان 360 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه‌های سرمایه روان‌شناختی لوتانز (2007) و پرسشنامه انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی گیل(1983) بودند که اعتبار آن با روش صوری و پایایی آن نیز بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ 86/0 حاصل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و با نرم افزار Amos انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد میانگین سرمایه روان‌شناختی 88/3 و مشارکت ورزشی 09/3 می‌باشد که در حد متوسط قرار دارند. نتایج همبستگی حاکی از رابطه مثبت و معنادار همه ابعاد دو متغیر با هم بود. همچنین نتایج معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار Amos حاکی از این بود که سرمایه روان‌شناختی می‌تواند به میزان 64/0= R2 و 01/0≥P < /span> مشارکت ورزشی را پیش بینی نماید. با توجه به اینکه ضریب استاندارد رابطه برابر با 64/0 و معنادار است بنابراین متغیر سرمایه روان‌شناختی بر مشارکت ورزشی تاثیر مثبت داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: پیامدهای سلامت ورزش محور و مشغولیت فیزیکی دانش‌آموزان در عصری که فضای مجازی بر تمام حوزه‌های زندگی سایه افکنده است نقش بسزایی ایفا می کند.
