Purpose: Today, the importance of knowledge and its production is not hidden from anyone and universities are considered as the main axis of its production. Knowledge production, like all other productions, has challenges and disadvantages that need to be studied. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the components of pathology of knowledge production in Islamic Azad University.Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of implementation method. Participants in the study included academic experts of the Islamic Azad University of Isfahan in the academic year 2020-21. Based on the theoretical saturation method, 22 people were selected by purposive samplingThe research tool was semi-structured interviews. To validate the findings, two methods of content validity were used by 4 experts outside the research and 2 experts inside the research. Also, for reliability, the coding agreement method was used, which resulted in 0.86. For data analysis, open, axial and selective coding method was used using thematic analysis method with Maxqda18 softwareFindings: Findings showed that 86 open codes, 9 central codes and three selected codes for knowledge production pathology were identified in Islamic Azad University; So that the selected codes include the harms of the university system (policy makers, stakeholders); There were structural damage (higher education curriculum, research structure, support structure, dependent structure) and economic, cultural and social damage (cultural, social, economic). Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that knowledge production in Islamic Azad University has challenges in three areas (Academic, structural and cultural injuries) that in order to improve the quantity and quality of knowledge production, the laws related to science and science should be reviewed as well as scientific promotion of professors and students.

Purpose: Considering the importance of career path planning and its pathology, the aim of this study was presenting a pathological pattern of career path planning with a high performance approach with using fuzzy Delphi technique.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was practical and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of survey. The statistical population of this study was all the employees of Iran's gas transmission ten region. The sample size based on the table of Krejcie and Morgan table was estimated to be 323 people, but to be sure the sample size was considered 350 people, who were selected by cluster random sampling method. The tool of the current research was a researcher-made questionnaire of the pathology of career path planning with 132 items, which whose validity and reliability were evaluated as appropriate. Data were analyzed with methods of fuzzy Delphi, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and Lisrel software.Findings: The items of the researcher-made questionnaire of the pathology of career path planning were examined with a fuzzy seven-degree scale, and the investigations showed that after two Delphi rounds number of 128 items had an agreement coefficient higher than 0.70. Also, the categories of the pathological pattern of career path planning with a high performance approach had a factor load of higher than 0.50 and Cronbach's and combined reliability of higher than 0.80. The mentioned pattern had a good fit and in this pattern causal factors on the central phenomenon, central phenomenon, background conditions and intervening conditions on strategies and strategies on outcomes had a direct and significant effect (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the results of this study and the designed pathological pattern of career path planning with a high performance approach, appropriate planning with that is necessary to improve the career path.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the circuit pathology in students lived experience from students' point of view. Methodology: The research method was qualitative and phenomenological. The statistical population of the present study was all undergraduate students of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman with 10440 students in the year 2020-2021, from which 18 people were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation by purposive sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The validity of the interview was achieved through careful asking questions, not using the researcher's personal opinions in the interview and confirming the participants' correct understanding of the researcher's experiences. The validity of the interview questions was confirmed by expert professors in the field of education. In order to confirm the reliability, the agreement was calculated through Pearson correlation coefficient of 96%. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.Findings: According to the research findings, damages caused by schools were placed in four main themes of education, training, interactive and environmental-physical, 12 sub-themes and 274 primary codes. The main educational topics include four sub-themes: weakness in teaching methods, weakness in content, weakness in the evaluation system and weakness in the professional competencies of the school human resources; The main educational theme includes two sub-themes: weakness in educational methods and weakness in religious education in particular; The main themes of interaction included sub-themes related to the weakness in the interaction of school human factors with the student and the main themes of environmental-physical, included two sub-themes of school space and the provision of facilities and equipment. Causes of damages include weakness in the system of selecting teachers and principals, lack of accurate and comprehensive planning, and so on. Consequences of damages also included dropping out of school, feeling anxious about school, decreased motivation to progress, and so on.Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the four educational, educational, interactive and environmental-physical damages caused inefficiencies and fundamental weaknesses in the education system, which require serious action to eliminate them and improve the status of the educational system. The results of the present study can provide the basis for reviewing and making fundamental changes in the education system.
