Purpose: The managers' communication skills are one of the most important factors of continued success in any organization, and for this purpose it is important and necessary to know the managers' personality characteristics to improve their communication skills. Therefore, the aim of this study was to designing a model of effective personality dimensions on the level of managers' communication skills.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of survey. The research population was managers and assistants of Iran's National Oil Products Distribution Company, which the sample size was determine based on the Krejcie and Morgan table 191 people, but 210 questionnaires were distributed among managers and assistants. The research tools were included the researcher-made questionnaire of managers' personality dimensions (35 questions) and the questionnaire of managers' communication skills (18 questions). Data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Amos software.Findings: The findings showed that 10 questionnaires were excluded from the analysis due to incompleteness and the analysis was done for 200 people. The findings of the exploratory factor analysis showed that 9 questions were removed from the questionnaire of managers' personality dimensions due to low factor loading, and the final form had 26 questions in 6 components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility and these six components could explain 80.37% of the total variance. Also, the factor loading of all six components was higher than 0.70, the average variance extracted of all was higher than 0.50, and the reliability of Cronbach's alpha and combination of all was higher than 0.70. In addition, the model of effective personality dimensions on the level of managers' communication skills had a good fit, and in the mentioned model, all six components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility had a direct and significant effect on the managers' communication skills (P<0.001).Conclusion: The results of this study indicated the impact of all six components of honesty, extroversion, conscientiousness, flexibility, adaptability and responsibility on the managers' communication skills. Therefore, in order to improve the managers' communication skills it is possible to provide the basis for increasing and promoting the managers' personality dimensions through the improvement of working conditions and training workshops.

Purpose: In the present research, the educational assistance model of parents was discussed to empower schools online. Methodology: In terms of research orientation, the current research was among fundamental research. In terms of the method of data collection, with a qualitative approach, in this research, various dimensions of parental educational assistance were categorized using a qualitative approach, general scales. In the following, the semi-structured interview tool and the opinions of 22 experts in the field of education in Mazandaran province were used to collect data. In the 19th interview, it was found that the principle of saturation had taken place. Thematic analysis approach and Maxqda software were used for data analysis. Findings: Comprehensive themes extracted, educational assistance for parents to empower online education in times of crisis in 5 categories (individual empowerment, social interaction empowerment, teaching empowerment, virtual space support, support, and evaluation and supervision) and in 16 organizing themes (skills, Competencies, psychological factors, building trust, building coordination, building communication, technical ability, scientific ability, managerial ability, hardware infrastructure, software infrastructure, assessment and monitoring of students, assessment, and monitoring of parents, education of parents, Cultivation of parental educational assistance, identification of obstacles and challenges) and 88 basic themes have been determined and introduced. Conclusion: The importance of the teaching and learning process of students has become more important than before. Because empowering schools is considered one of the most necessary measures and a saving factor in the current situation, it can guarantee the success of the educational system.

Purpose: Academic achievement especially in mathematics is very important and knowing the effective factors on it helps a lot in planning in the field of mathematical academic achievement. As a result, the aim of this research was to investigate the causal model of mathematical academic achievement based on the creative thinking and critical thinking with the mediation of problem solving in primary school students. Methodology: The present study was a description from type of quantitative, which its population was all primary school students of Tabriz city in the 2023-24 academic years. The sample size of the present research was considered to be 250 people, which this number were selected by multi-step cluster random sampling method. The tools of this study were included the questionnaires of mathematical academic achievement (Shalev et al, 1993), creative thinking (Welch and Mc Dowall, 2010), critical thinking (Facione et al, 1994) and problem solving (Heppner and Petersen, 1982) and their data were analyzed with the methods of Pearson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling in SPSS-26 and AMOS-24 software. Findings: The findings of the present research showed that the causal model of mathematical academic achievement based on the creative thinking and critical thinking with the mediation of problem solving in primary school students had a good fit. In the mentioned model, the variables of creative thinking and critical thinking had a direct and significant effect on problem solving and mathematical academic achievement of primary school students, and the variable of problem solving had a direct and significant effect on their mathematical academic achievement. In addition, the variables of creative thinking and critical thinking with the mediation of problem solving had an indirect and significant effect on mathematical academic achievement of primary school students (P<0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, in order to improve the mathematical academic achievement of primary school students can promote their creative thinking, critical thinking and problem solving.

Purpose: Organizational resilience in the crisis conditions is one of the important and effective concepts in crisis management for facing natural hazards. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing an organizational resilience education model of crisis management of universal centers to facing with natural hazards and prevention from psychological and social interventions.Methodology: The current research was descriptive from type of correlation. The statistical population of this study was all employees of the universities of Karaj city in the 2022-23 academic years with number of 850 people, which according to Cochran's formula the sample size was determined to be 264 people. The samples of this study were selected with the random cluster sampling method and responded the researcher-made questionnaire of organizational resilience of crisis management (125 items) and the data obtained from its implementation were analyzed with the methods of exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS-27 and Smart PLS-3 software.Fidnings: The findings of the present research showed that the organizational resilience education of crisis management of universal centers to facing with natural hazards and prevention from psychological and social interventions had 125 items, 12 components and 3 dimensions. The dimensions were include individual (with two components of psychological factors of resilience and creativity and innovation), structural (with six components of resilience planning, adaptive factors, commitment and management, crisis culture, learning culture and leadership and decision-making) and operational (with four components of knowledge use, communications, effective public participation and operational knowledge of resources and equipment). The factor load and average variance extracted of all components were higher than 0.50 and the combined reliability of all of them was higher than 0.80. Also, the organizational resilience education model of crisis management of universal centers to facing with natural hazards and prevention from psychological and social interventions had a good fit and this model on all three individual, structural and operational dimensions and each dimension on its components had a direct and significant effect (P<0.001).Conclusion: The results of this study about the designed organizational resilience education model of crisis management of universal centers to facing with natural hazards and prevention from psychological and social interventions can help to crisis management specialists and planners to face hazards in order to increase organizational resilience.

Purpose: Organizational citizenship behavior plays an important role in improving the service quality of organizations, including education organization. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the categories of organizational citizenship model in the education.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of correlation. The research population was the education managers and workers of Babol province in Iraq country, and according to Cochran's formula the sample size was determined to be 385 people which this number was selected by available sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of organizational citizenship in the education with 61 items, which its data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and partial least squares in SPSS-22 and Smart-PLS-4 software.Findings: The findings showed that the central phenomenon of organizational citizenship in education had 10 components in 5 categories of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences (each one two components), which all of components had a factor loading of higher than 0.50 and all of them had Cronbach and combined reliability of higher than 0.70. Also, the correlation coefficients of the categories of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, central phenomenon, strategies and consequences were less than 0.45 and were indicated their non-overlapping. In addition, according to the indicators of commonality and redundancy, the organizational citizenship model in the education had a good fit and the effect of causal conditions, contextual conditions and intervening conditions on the central phenomenon, the effect of central phenomenon on the strategies and the effect of strategies on the consequences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The designed organizational citizenship model in the education can help to education managers, officials and planners in designing programs to improve the organizational citizenship in this organization.

Purpose: Economic education is one of the needs of the day for all people, including students. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identifying the components of the economic education concept in the junior secondary education period.Methodology: The current research had a qualitative approach and in terms of purpose was an applied research. The statistical population of this study were included all the documents of the last 15 years related to the scope of the current research, including articles, master's dissertations, Ph.D.'s theses and books. The population of this study were included 179 article, 22 master's dissertation, 5 Ph.D.'s thesis and 11 book, which 23 case of them were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method. The data of this study were collected by note taking and were analyzed by coding method according to synthesis research approach.Findings: The results of the findings showed that the economic education concept in the junior secondary education period had 30 sub components and 13 main components. The main components of the economic education concept in the junior secondary education period were included financial literacy (with 3 sub components), economic insight (with 1 sub component), preservation and development of economic and financial resources (with 2 sub components), consumption correct pattern (with 2 sub components), savings and investment relationship (with 3 sub components), budget management (with 3 sub components), social responsibility and commitment (with 1 sub component), specialization-orientation and innovation (with 2 sub components), respecting the rights of others (with 2 sub component), ethics-oriented (with 3 sub components), valuing work (with 5 sub components), opportunism (with 2 sub components) and tolerance (with 1 sub-component).Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it is possible to teach the identified main and sub components for the economic education concept in the junior secondary education period

Purpose: Higher education through entrepreneurial teaching can create a competitive advantage for itself. Therefore, the aim of this study was designing an entrepreneurial teaching pattern in Iran's higher education.Methodology: The current research in terms of its purpose was applied and in terms of its purpose implementation method was descriptive from type of survey. The current research population includes six groups of business startups and establishment of knowledge-based companies, cooperation with entrepreneurial intermediary institutions, entrepreneurship education and teaching, authoring articles, books and guidance or counseling of dissertations and thesis in the field of entrepreneurship, specialist of curriculum and managers of planning higher education in Iranian universities in the academic years of 2020-21. The sample size based on the table of Krejcie and Morgan table was determined 322 people, who this number were selected by simple random sampling method. The instrument of the current research was the researcher-made questionnaire of entrepreneurship teaching in Iran's higher education with 214 items, that whose face and content validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability with using combined and Cronbach's alpha methods was obtained above 0.70. The data of this study were analyzed with the methods of exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and Lisrel software.Findings: The findings of the present study indicated that entrepreneurial teaching in Iran's higher education had 214 concepts in 13 components and 6 categories. The category of causal conditions includes the components of the need to face transformations and necessity of creating capabilities (33 concepts), the category of background conditions includes the component of the internal environment or variables (36 concepts), the category of intervening conditions includes the components of the effective professors, universal support and protection and environmental barriers (28 concepts) ), the core category includes the component of entrepreneurial teaching (39 concepts), category of strategies includes the components of the improving the ability of professors, the use of new methods, interaction and rich learning environment (53 concepts), and the category of consequences includes the components of the changing values in higher education and economic dynamics of society (25 concepts); So that the factor load of all components was higher than 0.50, the average variance extracted was higher than 0.60, and the Cronbach and combined reliability of all of them was higher than 0.70. Also, the entrepreneurial teaching pattern in Iran's higher education had a good fit and in this pattern, the category of causal conditions had a direct and significant effect on the core category, the categories of contextual conditions, intervening conditions and core conditions d a direct and significant effect on the category of strategies, and the category of strategies had a direct and significant effect on the category of consequences (P<0.001).Conclusion: The designed pattern in the present research about entrepreneurial teaching in Iran's higher education can be used by curriculum experts and planners, and they based on the results of this study can conduct to entrepreneurial teaching in higher education.

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to identify the mechanisms of using the place of imagination in the philosophy education program for children.Methodology: This research is one of the qualitative researches, which is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive research in terms of data collection and summarizing, grounded theory method. To identify the components of imagination in the philosophy education program for children in this research: in the first step, by referring to specialized texts on imagination in the philosophy education program for children, including domestic and foreign articles, books and authoritative publications, indicators of imagination in the philosophy education program for children, it was identified, reviewed and summarized using the Cornell study method. In this stage, after 22 people, up to the theoretical saturation of the components were identified. In the second step, semi-structured interviews between experts were used to ensure the effectiveness of the indicators identified as imagination in the philosophy education program for children. The selected experts were a group of experts in educational management and education who had years of experience in educational jobs and were experienced and knowledgeable in relation to the selected indicators and components and had numerous articles in this field.Findings: In the second step of the research, according to the results of interviews with experts, the results of the research showed that the dimensions of imagination in the philosophy education program for children include knowledge-centered with coding components of imagination in philosophy education for children with 5 indicators, goals (individual, social and educational) (26 questions), basics (general and specialized) (12 questions), method (reasoning, skill training and knowledge acquisition) (15 questions) and content (educational, motivational and challenging) (13 questions) and mechanisms ( managerial, technological, educational and environmental) (22 questions).Conclusion: The results showed that imagination in the goals of philosophy for children includes individual, social and educational positions.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of developing a structural model of students' happiness based on resilience, self-esteem and school satisfaction with the mediation of self-efficacy. Methodology: The method of the current research was descriptive-correlation type, which was carried out in the form of path analysis model. The statistical population of this research was made up of female students of the second level of high school in areas 2 and 5 of Tehran, who were studying in different fields of study in the academic year of 2022-2023. To determine the sample size, the principles of determining the sample size in structural equation modeling were used and 400 people were selected as a sample, which was selected using a multi-stage cluster random method. Data collection was based on Oxford happiness questionnaires, Connor and Davidson resilience scale, Cooper Smith self-esteem questionnaire, Morris adolescent self-efficacy questionnaire, and school satisfaction subscale related to the multidimensional scale of students' life satisfaction, which was Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The scores of the questionnaires were 0.93, 0.91, 0.89, 0.88, and 0.88, respectively, and their face and content validity was confirmed using experts' opinions. Data analysis was done with SPSS and AMOS software. Findings: The results of the path analysis showed that the main research model fits the collected data and all the goodness of fit indices were excellent (CFI=1, RMSEA=0.000, X2=0). Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, there is a direct and indirect relationship between all three exogenous variables in the model (resilience, self-esteem and school satisfaction) with the main endogenous variable (happiness). And self-efficacy variable mediates the relationship between these variables.

Objective: Curriculum quality plays an important role in academic success and performance. As a result, the aim of this study was investigating the status of evaluation components of curriculum quality in the elementary schools in Tehran city.Method: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The population of the qualitative section was the curriculum experts and professors of Tehran city, which according to the principle of theoretical saturation number of 12 people of them were selected by purposive sampling method. The population of the quantitative section was male and female teachers of public elementary schools of Tehran city in the 2021-2022 academic years with number 23593 people, which according to the Krejcie and Morgan table number of 377 people of them were selected by cluster sampling method. The research tools were semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires, which validity of the interviews was confirmed by triangulation method and its reliability was calculated by the coefficient of agreement between two coders 0.83, and the face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method 0.85. Data were analyzed with open, axial and selective coding methods in MAXQDA software and one-sample t-test in SPSS software.Results: The findings showed that evaluation of curriculum quality in the elementary schools has 108 indicators in 23 components and 6 dimensions were included systematic approach of evaluation of curriculum quality (with 4 components of strategic thinking, generalizability of goals, receiving corrective feedback and facilitating the teaching and learning process), qualitative evaluation of activities ( with 3 components of evaluation of motivational activities, evaluation of practical activities and evaluation of curriculum activities), quality of modern facilities and technologies (with 3 components of cultural and sports facilities, educational facilities and welfare facilities), quality of structural factors (with 4 components of lack of resources and inappropriate distribution, weak foresight, individual and organizational communication and lack of work discipline), quality assessment of curriculum principles (with 4 components of flexibility,

Purpose: Synergistic leadership style plays an important role in implementing quality standards in schools. The purpose of the current research was to construct and standardize the synergistic leadership questionnaire in the managers of technical and vocational schools.Methodology: The quantitative research method was correlation studies. The research population was the teachers of technical and vocational schools in Tehran province in the academic year of 2021-2022. With the proportional stratified random sampling method based on gender and population classes and based on Cochran's formula, a sample 364 teachers were selected. To collect data, the 20-item researcher-made tool of synergistic leadership and the organizational ambidexterity tool Jansen(2006) were used. In order to investigate the factor structure and construct validity of the questionnaire, the techniques of content validity ratio, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and convergent and divergent validity were used, and to investigate the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha method and composite reliability were used by SPSS25 and LISREL10.30 software.Findings: Based on the findings, 4 factors and 20 items were designed and create to measure the synergistic leadership of educational managers of technical and vocational schools. The content validity of the tool(0.7585) was confirmed based on the opinion of experts. In the exploratory factor analysis, four factors of organizational structure, extra-organizational factors, leadership behavior and attitudes, beliefs and values were observed with a special value higher than one, which were able to explain 71% of the variance of synergistic leadership. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indices of the questionnaire are suitable and desirable and the questionnaire has good validity. Also, based on the optimal explained variance percentage of 63% in the second-order confirmatory factor analysis, the power of the questionnaire in explaining the variance of synergistic leadership was confirmed. Convergent validity(0.6304) and divergent validity(0.794), Cronbach's alpha(0.936) and composite reliability(0.95) of the questionnaire also indicated the appropriate validity and reliability of the synergistic leadership tool.Conclusion: Researchers can use the questionnaire designed to measure synergistic leadership and improve leadership skills in educational managers of technical and vocational schools as a standard tool.

Considering the change in teaching methods from teacher-centered to student-centered, and the existence of a gap in student-centered teaching models, this research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of the reverse learning model and cooperative learning on the academic engagement of secondary school students. The present research method was semi-experimental in terms of practical nature and in terms of the intervention method. The research population was 60 secondary school students of Bukan city, who were selected in two intervention groups and one control group. The research tools included reverse learning package (Mahmodi et al., 2023), GI cooperative learning package (Kazemi et al., 2022) and Rio academic engagement questionnaire (2013) were used, and multivariate covariance analysis was used to analyze the effectiveness. Based on the results of the educational intervention, the pattern of reverse learning and collaborative learning has a positive and significant effect on students' academic engagement (sig<0.05). Also, the findings showed that there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of the reverse learning educational program and cooperative learning-based education on students' academic engagement only in the cognitive engagement component (sig<0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the originality of the teaching method based on reverse learning can be one of the reasons for the effectiveness of reverse teaching compared to cooperative education, especially in the component of cognitive engagement.

purpose: Among the issues that our country's organizations are facing is how to promote socialization. The importance of this issue is so great that today, one of the important factors of progress and development in developed countries is considered to be a trained and motivated workforce, or in a better word, the sociability of specialized employees in different organizations. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify the antecedents and consequences of socialization in Iranian educational organizations using a meta-analysis approach.Methodology: The current research is descriptive in terms of execution method, applied in terms of the type of use, and quantitative in terms of type of data. The statistical population of the research was the articles published in scientific research journals in Iran in the field of organizational socialization, from 2011 to 2023, from which 29 cases were entered through a meta-analysis process with a non-random purposive sampling method. The selected studies were analyzed using CMA2 software. Findings: The findings of the research showed that among the antecedents of organizational socialization, respectively, the variables of electronic literacy (0.849), professional ethics (0.823), empowerment (0.671), organizational culture (0.560), and spirituality in the work environment (0.550) had the largest effect size. Also, among the consequences of organizational socialization, respectively, the variables of social responsibility (0.798), psychological capital (0.680), role outputs (0.669), ethical behavior (0.640), and job enthusiasm (0.620), had the largest effect size. Introduction:Inequality and its different dimensions are considered specific signs of underdevelopment.Differences and inequalities are considered a serious threat to countries,because they make it difficult to achieve national unity and integration.The main goal of this article is to investigate the consequences of educational inequality in the western region of provinces.Methodology:Phenomenology is an interpretive paradigm, so in this case, looking at phenomena is a meaningful and scrutinizing look. Pursuing this interpretative aspect is a way to acquire deep knowledge through the discovery of meanings, goals,perspectives and underlying logic. The research was conducted with a qualitative method.The interviews were targeted and each interview lasted approximately 45 minutes, due to the spread of the corona virus in the country and the people being quarantined, the interviews were conducted over the phone. The interview text of each person was written and again sent to the interviewee to confirm the accuracy and correctness of the text.With this method, the validity of the interviews has been obtained. Summarizing the interview information,the content analysis of the social, economic and educational inequality phenomenon in the target provinces was analyzed.Targeted sampling is the sample size of interviews with twenty informed people and experts in the research area until theoretical saturation is reached. The participants in this research included twenty people working in the three provinces of Kurdistan, Kermanshah and Ilam, of which 11were men and9 were women. The participants were university professors and education teachers, as well as health workers findings; Reducing the factors affecting the creation of social inequality in education can be the basis for the growth of various indicators in a society. Educational inequality has negative effects on the cultural, economic, social and even political conditions of a country.Removing the effective factors in creating social inequality in education, such as class gap, gender perspective, lack of efficient manpower and sufficient resources and equipment will lead to a growing trend and prosperity in the society.Results; Education is the basic pillar of development, in addition to providing an opportunity for people to develop their abilities and talents, it has social and economic effects and benefits.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating effect of the quality of aesthetic experience on the relationship between spiritual intelligence and life satisfaction in teachers. The research method was descriptive-correlation with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population of the research consisted of all teachers working in education in Qom province in the academic year of 1402-1401 in the number of (12549 people). sample size was 212 who were selected using available sampling method. Data collection was based on three spiritual intelligence questionnaires, SISRI 24, King (2008), aesthetic experience questionnaire AEQ Wenzer (2018) and life satisfaction questionnaire (SWLS) Diener et al. (1985). Data analysis was done with SPSS and SMARTPLS3 software.Data analysis was done with SPSS25 and SMARTPLS4 software. The results of the research showed that There is a positive and meaningful relationship between all the components of spiritual intelligence and the quality of aesthetic experience and life satisfaction. Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the supervisory components of educational leaders of elementary schools in order to provide a comprehensive model for Iran's government education.Methodology: The method of this research was a qualitative and exploratory method (using background theory/foundation data), in terms of its purpose, it was an applied type of applied research, and according to its purpose, it was a descriptive type of correlation. Objective: The present study sought to design a model to eliminate the digital divide in education with emphasis on the Quid 19 epidemic crisis. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to identify model variables and also to determine the causal relationships between model variables.Methodology: This research has been done in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, variables, components and indicators of the research were extracted using the method of data foundation and coding through interviews with experts.Finding: In a small part, a comprehensive interpretive-structural modeling method has been used to create a model and determine the causal relationships between the research variables. The statistical population of the study includes 20 education experts who were selected by purposive non-probability sampling using snowball and theoretical techniques. The criterion of sample size in the qualitative part is theoretical saturation.Conclusion: The results of the qualitative section showed that the digital divide elimination model has the variables "e-government inclusion barriers" (interfering factors), "digital development platform" (contextual factors), "digital capacities" (causal factors) , "Digital content" (focal category), "digital divide elimination" (strategies) and "consequences". Based on the results of the quantitative section, the two variables "digital development platforms" and "barriers to e-government inclusion" have the greatest impact and importance in the model and are among the independent and strong stimulus variables that more managers' attention and effective monitoring of these stimuli can Help achieve the goals of the organization. Purpose: Today, policymaking is of great value and importance to improve the relationship between university and industry, and university education should be based on the needs of industry and society. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to design a university education model based on the needs of the industry in the Islamic Azad University of Damavand branch.Method: This research was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of mixed methodology. The statistical population in the qualitative part included the faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, Damavand branch, and the managers and activists of industries in Damavand city. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews with 15 members of the statistical community who were selected by purposive sampling. The interview protocol was approved both in terms of formal and content validity and in terms of reliability based on the agreement between the two coders. The research data were analyzed based on the qualitative analysis process during open, central and selective triple coding through MaxQuda 2020 software.Findings: The findings showed that the model of university education based on the needs of the industry in the university based on the results of the qualitative section, among the 114 open codes identified, twelve components of the university education based on the needs of the industry including the training of employability skills, curriculum development, industrial partnerships, planning and educational development, entrepreneurial, legal and legal culture, government support, policy making, finance, infrastructure, university human resources development policies, educational and research policies were identified. Also, based on the results of quantitative analysis, the highest priority was related to the curriculum development component and the lowest priority was related to the financial component. Finally, the university education model based on industry needs was designed in the university.Conclusion: According to the results of this study about the model of university education based on the needs of the industry in the university, based on the validation of the model, all dimensions of the model were valid and the model had a suitable fit.

Objective: The main purpose of the present study was to investigate psychometric properties of the Short Character Strength Measure (SCSM) among Iranian teachers. Methods: In this correlation study, 200 teachers (100 male, 100 female) completed the Short Character Strength Measure and the Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI). The confirmatory factor analysis method and internal consistency were used to compute the SCSM's factorial validity and reliability, respectively. Also, in order to examine the construct validity of the character strength measure, we computed correlation between different dimensions of SCSM with positive and negative interpersonal teacher behaviors. Results: The results of confirmatory factor analysis, based AMOS software, indicated that multidimensional structure of the SCSM consisted wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence had acceptable fit to data in the teacher’s sample. Correlation analyses between different dimensions of SCSM with positive and negative interpersonal teacher behaviors provided initial evidence for the SCSM construct validity. Internal consistencies for the scales measuring wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence were 0/66, 0/55, 0/52, 0/50, 0/55 and 0/76, respectively. In sum, these findings provide evidence for the validity and reliability of the SCSM as an instrument to measure of character strength among teacher’s sample.

Purpose: Many experts in the fields of sociology and psychology believe that adolescence is the beginning of the stage of identity formation and one of the duties of social institutions is to help national identity reproduction in the adolescent and young generation. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of sociologically investigating the impact of cultural factors on the national identity reproduction in students.Method: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of correlation. The research population consisted of all adolescents aged 13-16 years in Kohgiluyeh and Boyar-Ahmad provinces with number of 51339 people, which the sample size was considered with using Cochran's formula to be 400 people, and this number was selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire (93 questions) which whose face and content validity was confirmed and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha method was estimated above 0.70. Data were analyzed by path analysis in SPSS and AMOS software.Results: The findings showed that ethnic identity and adherence to customs had a positive and significant correlation with the national identity reproduction in students and the expansion of the culture of tolerance, family disorganization and expansion of virtual space had a negative and significant correlation with the national identity reproduction in them (P<0.001). Also, the sociologically model of the impact of cultural factors on the national identity reproduction in students had a good fit, and in this model, cultural factors had a direct and significant effect on the national identity reproduction in students (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the cultural factors had a significant impact on the national identity reproduction in students. Therefore, to national identity reproduce in students it is possible to prepare the ground for the improvement of cultural factors.

Objective: The human resources of any organization is a determining factor in its organization, and improving social intelligence in the human resources of educational organizations can improve the quality of education and learning services. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing the dimensions and components of improving social intelligence among the faculty members of Farhangian University.Method: The method of this study was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The research population in the qualitative part was the experts in the fields of educational management, cultural management, human resources management and social psychology in 2021 year and in the quantitative part was the faculty members of Farhangian University of Tehran in the 2021-2022 academic years. The sample of the research in the qualitative part according to the principle of theoretical saturation were determined 20 people who these people were selected by purposeful sampling method and in the quantitative part according to Cochran's formula were determined 260 people who these people were selected by stratified random sampling method based on the field of study. Data in the qualitative part were collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed by content analysis method in MAXQDA software and in quantitative part were collected by researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS and Smart PLS software.Results: The findings of the qualitative part showed that the social intelligence among the faculty members of Farhangian University has 55 indicators, 9 components and 3 dimensions including individual characteristics (with the components of personality characteristics and evaluation), social knowledge and technology (with the components of knowledge application, information technology application and educational technology) and social skills (with the components of internal and external relations, public relations, ability in a specialized field and management skills). The findings of the quantitative part showed that the factor load, content validity, average variance extracted and reliability of dimensions and components were confirmed. Purpose: Due to the growth and evolution of information and communication technology, the methods of education have also undergone extensive changes. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of designing an efficient virtual education pattern in Farhangian University.Methodology: This research in terms of purpose and implementation method was applied and descriptive from type of exploratory, respectively. The current study population were included all managers and professors of Farhangian universities in Khorasan Razavi province including six Pardis in 2021 year. The samples of the present study according to the principle of theoretical saturation were determined 13 people who after checking the inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling method. The data of this study were collected by semi-structured interview (validity was confirmed by triangulation method and reliability was obtained by Cohen's Kappa coefficient 0.87) and analyzed by thematic analysis and three rounds of Delphi.Findings: According to the analysis of the interviews, the efficient virtual education pattern in Farhangian University had 71 sub themes in the form of 12 main themes. In this study, the main themes were included pedagogical factors, technological factors, organizational factors, integrated management, foresight, purposive educational quality, measurability, flexibility in education, support services, knowledge management, ease of access and information and content. Also, after the first round of Delphi, 9 sub themes and after the second round of Delphi 6 sub themes were removed from the efficient virtual education pattern in Farhangian University, and in the third round of Delphi all the sub themes were evaluated as appropriate. As a result, the final pattern of efficient virtual education in Farhangian University had 56 sub themes in the form of 12 main themes, and the pattern of its main themes was drawn.Conclusion: The managers, officials and planners of Farhangian University according to the designed efficient virtual education pattern in Farhangian University can improve the conditions to improve the current state of education, especially virtual education in this university.

Objective: Successful intelligence can improve many psychological and academic characteristics, and considering the importance of emotional self-awareness and academic engagement, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of education based on successful intelligence on emotional self-awareness and academic engagement of secondary school students.Method: This was a semi-experimental study with a pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with experimental and control groups. The population of the current research was all students of the tenth and eleventh grades of theoretical branch of Saveh city in the academic years of 2022-3, which the sample size was calculated according to G Power software equal to 25 people for each group. Therefore, 50 people were selected by a targeted method and randomly replaced into two experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 10 sessions of 75 minute of education based on successful intelligence, and the control group did not receive any intervention during this period. The research tools were included the revised emotional self-awareness questionnaire of Rieffe et al (2008) and academic engagement questionnaire of Schaufeli et al (2002), which whose psychometric indicators were confirmed. In this study, to analyze the data were used from analysis of variance with repeated measurements and Bonferroni's post hoc test in SPSS software.Results: The findings showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the post-test and follow-up phases in terms of emotional self-awareness and academic engagement. In the other words, education based on successful intelligence increased the emotional self-awareness and academic engagement of second school students, and the results remained in the follow-up phase as well (P<0.05).Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of education based on successful intelligence on increasing the emotional self-awareness and academic engagement of secondary school students, to improve the psychological and academic characteristics of students can be used the method of education based on successful intelligence.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the educational package based on the lived experience of mothers with multi-disabled children with emotional dyslexia on the improvement of depression. The method of this research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research includes all mothers with multi-disabled children whose children were studying in Golhai Shiraz exceptional school in 1400-1401. Among the mothers, 30 mothers were selected as available and were randomly assigned to an experimental group (15 people) and a control group (15 people). Then, the pre-test of the research variables was carried out and the mothers of the experimental group were trained for 12 sessions on alexithymia. After the completion of the training, a post-test of the experimental and control groups was conducted. Research data were collected through alexithymia (Toronto, 1994) and depression (Beck, 1961) questionnaires. The data were analyzed by intragroup-intergroup multiple covariance analysis. The results showed that the alexithymia training program improved depression in mothers of children with multiple disabilities. Therefore, since the program developed in this research was based on the real experiences of mothers of children with multiple disabilities and it was developed specifically for these mothers, and the psychometric features of the program were confirmed by experts in this field, and in a way, it was related to the psychological issues and problems of mothers and It has also addressed children's behavioral problems, and has been more effective.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers).Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of execution method. The research community was experts in the field of student research institutes of Semnan province in 2021-2022, among them, according to the principle of theoretical saturation, 16 people were selected using targeted and snowball sampling methods. were chosen. The tool of data collection was a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed by the triangulation method and the reliability of 62% was obtained by the Cohen's kappa coefficient method. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA 2020 software.Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities included 18 concepts, 6 sub-categories and 3 main categories. The main categories include the structure of the research center (with two sub-categories of the system of rewarding and appreciating the efforts of teachers and students and the conditions of application and ethical principles in its process), the clear mission and vision of the research center (with the two sub-categories of developing a strategic plan and developing Specific goals, missions, values and perspectives) and laws, regulations and policies (with the subcategory of flexibility in the process of employing teachers, student teachers and gifted students and adding points in the annual evaluation and ranking).Discussion and conclusion: Considering the effective factors identified on the development of teachers' and students' participation in research activities (student research centers), it is necessary to plan for the development of their participation, which is realized through the identified factors.

Objective: the aim of this study was to compilation, normalization and validation of ineffective behaviors of universities professors.Method: This study was a descriptive from type of correlation that its population was all the faculty members of five big universities in the 2019-2020 academic years. The sample of the research was 123 professors of the mentioned universities who were selected by available sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of ineffective behaviors of universities professors with 64 items in three factors of educational, research and communication. The data were analyzed with the methods of content validity ratio, content validity index and exploratory factor analysis in SPSS and Smart-PLS software.Results: The results of content validity ratio and content validity index showed that these statistics were obtained for all three educational, research and communication factors and the components of each of them were higher than 0.80. the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that there were three factors for the ineffective behavior of universities professors; So that the first factor i.e. the educational factor had 3 components, the second factor i.e. the research factor had 4 components and the third factor i.e. the communication factor had 5 components, which the factor loading of all of them was higher than 0.60 and the Cronbach and combined reliability of all of them was higher than 0.70. In addition, the values of R2 for all factors and components were higher than 0.50 and the GOF index was equal to 0.43, which indicated the appropriate fit of the model and the model of ineffective behaviors of universities professors was drawn in the factor loading and t-test modes, which based on, the inefficient behaviors of universities professors had a significant effect on educational, research and communication factors and each factor on its components due to a t-statistic higher than 1.96.Conclusion: The questionnaire of the current research is a valid and reliable tool for measuring the ineffective behaviors of universities professors. University administrators and officials can use it to measure the ineffective behaviors of their university professors and design programs to reduce these behaviors.

Since Farhangian University can play a significant role in promoting and encouraging revolutionary Islamic education by training efficient human resources and revolutionary teachers, this research aims to compile the characteristics of the target element of the revolutionary education curriculum in Farhangian University and Design to use forward-looking approaches to design and determine features.Method: The research method is combined (content analysis-qualitative-quantitative). In the qualitative stage, the research environment was the professors of Farhangian University, among whom 13 people were selected by purposeful, judgmental and non-random sampling. In the quantitative stage, all the professors of Farhangian University were the statistical population, and the questionnaire was distributed among all the professors. And finally, 234 questionnaires were collected and used in the analysis. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. To analyze the data in a semi-structured interview using thematic analysis method using MAXQDA10 software and to validate the presented model using the structural equation model method using SPSS software and AMOS software.Results: The findings indicate that in the presented model, the characteristics of the goal element of the revolutionary education and training curriculum of Farhangian University with a forward-looking approach can be presented in three emotional, cognitive and skill/functional dimensions and thirteen components. The conclusion from the findings of the research is that the central component of the goal element is a visible change in the behavior and attitude of learners, and it is expected that in the future, the characteristics of the goal element will be based on the physical and mental improvement of people. and try to see a visible change in their behavior.Conclusion: The results can help experts, officials, managers and planners in designing and implementing programs to improve the curriculum goals of the educational system.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between identity styles and self-handicapping by canonical correlation analysis.Methodology: The statistical population of the study was high school students in Bojnourd. By multi-stage random sampling, 210 students were selected. Data collection was done with the identity styles questionnaire (Berzonsky, 1992) and the self-management scale (Jones, and Rhodewalt, 1982). Data analysis was done with Pearson correlation coefficient and focal correlation using SPSS.27 software.Results: Findings from the analyses indicated a significant relationship between identity styles and self-handicapping dimensions. The common variance of identity styles and self-handicapping was 28%. In the function of identity styles, informational identity was most important (0.81) and in the function of self-handicapping, it was assigned to claim self-handicapping (-0.99).Conclusion: In general, the processing of identity information can impact the use of self-handicapping strategies, and teenagers with an informational and normative identity and a high identity commitment use less self-handicapping behaviors.
