Purpose: The aim of this study was to design and explain the agility model of the organization in Tehran Water and Sewerage Company.Methodology: The present study was cross-sectional in terms of time. In this study, by examining 10 professors and specialists of Tehran Water and Sewerage Company, effective variables were identified. In this research, Maxqda software was used for qualitative data analysis and theorizing.Findings: The results showed that 201 open source codes were identified from 543 concepts. 20 main categories and 49 sub-categories including organizational authority, continuous improvement, organizational dynamics, organizational consequences, individual consequences, group consequences, organizational change, organizational strategic management strengthening, development and empowerment, organizational climate, organizational management subsystems, efficient organizational information systems Manpower competence, economic conditions of organizational management, socio-cultural environment, global technology environment, policy management and macro planning environment of organizational management, political management environment of organization, agile management of organization, strategic coordination.Conclusion: According to the obtained results, by emphasizing on the technical abilities and skills of the employees of the organization, we should try to provide up-to-date information and knowledge to the employees. In this regard, appropriate training courses should be considered for the employees and the level of ability of individuals. Increase so that they can identify and record new foreign knowledge in a timely manner.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting organizational agility in Farhangian University. Methodology: Research method in terms of purpose, applied; It was qualitative in terms of data type. The statistical population of the study included university officials and senior deputies and faculty members who were selected as the sample size by purposive sampling method and saturation principle of 17 people. Data collection was performed by library method, semi-structured interview in which the experts confirmed the validity of the interview, the reliability of which was determined by the reliability method between the two coders which showed the reliability and validity of the interview. In this study, in order to analyze the data, the results of the interview were encoded using MAX3DA software Findings: The results of qualitative content analysis of interviews showed that the factors affecting agility in the university also include: organizational factors (structure, delegation, organizational culture); Strategic factors (quality improvement, educational and research policies, technology development); There were human factors (managers, staff, faculty members. Conclusion: In this study, the factors affecting organizational agility were also mentioned. These factors included organizational factors, strategic factors and human factors. Organizational factors focus on the structure of the organization, the degree of delegation and organizational culture, which included the structure of the degree of formality, complexity and focus of the organization and determined the structure of Farhangian University.

Considering that the capability of human resources in organizations makes organizations successful in achieving their goals and the agility of employees is one of the important concerns of organizations, identifying the factors affecting the agility of employees seems essential. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of training on agility and organizational strategies in Jihad Nasr Institute of Khuzestan. The current research is of applied type and descriptive-causal in nature. The data collection tool was used to measure the research variables, from the standard questionnaire of training and development of human resources, organizational strategies and organizational agility questionnaire, and the time period investigated was from February 2016 to July 2017. The statistical population includes all the employees of Jihad Nasr Institute, numbering 225 people, using Cochran's formula, 137 people were determined as a sample and the same number of questionnaires were distributed. Questionnaires were graded based on the Likert scale. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.76). Spss and Lisrel software were used to check descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that training has a positive and significant effect on agility and organizational strategies in Jihad Nasr Institute.
