چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش شامل شناسایی ابعاد آینده پژوهی در آموزش و پرورش و ارائه مدل آینده پژوهی در آموزش و پرورش مازندران بود
روش: در این پژوهش با توجه به هدف و ماهیت از روش پژوهش آمیخته با طرح اکتشافی از طریق تلفیق روشهای کیفی و کمّی استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، جامعه آماری تحقیق، خبرگان و متخصصین دانشگاهی بودند و برای نمونه گیری میان صاحبنظران و کارشناسان تعداد 12 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران متخصص، که شامل روسا، معاونین، کارشناسان و کارشناسان مسئول اداره ی کل آموزش و پرورش استان مازندران بودند که نمونه گیری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای تعداد 132 انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته جهت مصاحبه و در بخش کمی شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آینده پژوهی بود. برای سنجش پایایی و تشخیص دقت اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه ها، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد و جهت بررسی مدل مفهومی تحقیق نیز از نرم افزار pls و نرم‌افزار SPSS،و آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی استفاده شد.
یافته ها:نتایج مرحله کیفی پژوهش برای متغیر آینده پژوهی 7 مولفه اصلی و 13 مولفه فرعی به‌دست آمد که مولفه های اصلی عبارتند از برنامه ریزی ، تفکرات استراتژیک ، شناسایی تکنولوژیهای عام نوظهور ، دیده بانی جهانی و پیش بینی نتایج مرحله کمی پزوهش با توجه به ضرایب مسیر و ضرایب معنی داری مدل در بررسی مدل تاییدی ، معنی داری مدل آینده پژوهی ارایه شده، تایید می شود و شاخص GOF بزرگتر از 3/. برابر با 638/0 به دست آمده است.
نتیجه گیری: آینده پژوهی دانش و معرفتی است که چشم مردم را نسبت به رویدادها، فرصت ها و مخاطرات احتمالی آینده باز نگه داشته و ابهامات مردم را کاهش داده و توانایی انتخاب گزینه های هوشمندانه جامعه و مردم را افزایش می دهد.

Presenting a Future Study Model in Education in Mazandaran Province

چکیده [English]
Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of futures studies in education and to present a model of futures studies in education in Mazandaran.
Methodology: In this study, according to the purpose and nature of the research method mixed with the exploratory design by combining qualitative and quantitative methods were used. In the qualitative part of the research, the statistical population of the study was experts and academic experts and for sampling among experts, 12 people were selected by purposive sampling method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included all expert managers, including heads, deputies, and experts. And the experts were in charge of the General Department of Education of Mazandaran Province. Sampling was selected using Cochran's formula and 132 multi-stage cluster sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured questionnaire for interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made futures research questionnaire in the quantitative part. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability and accuracy of the questionnaires, and pls software and SPSS software, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to evaluate the conceptual model of the research.
Results: The results of the qualitative stage of the research for the futures research variable were 7 main components and 13 sub-components. The main components are planning, strategic thinking, identifying emerging general technologies, global monitoring and predicting the results of the quantitative research phase according Path coefficients and model significance coefficients are confirmed in the review of the confirmation model, the significance of the proposed futures research model, and the GOF index is greater than 0 / 3 Is equal to 0.638.
Conclusion: Futurism is knowledge and knowledge that keeps people's eyes open to possible future events, opportunities and dangers, reduces people's ambiguities and increases the ability of society and people to make smart choices
