The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of meta-cognitive skills on cognitive abilities and learning styles of dyslexic students. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The statistical population of this study was all dyslexic students who referred to educational and clinical centers of Islamshahr. 30 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two groups (15 subjects) and control group (15 people). The research tools were Kolb's Learning Style Questionnaire (1971) and Neghavi's Cognitive Ability Questionnaire (2013) and data analysis method was covariance analysis. The results of covariance analysis showed that meta-cognitive skills were effective on improving cognitive abilities and improving the quality of learning styles. As a result, metacognitive skills are considered as an effective, useful, and early response to cognitive abilities and learning styles of high school students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivational beliefs and academic performance of students with the mediating role of goal orientation. To this end, 403 students from the Farhangian University of Mashhad were selected by stratified sampling method and completed the questionnaire of learning motivational beliefs (Pintrich et al., 1991) and goal orientation (Elliot and McGregor Gore, 2001). The relationship of variables through the model Structural equation analysis was tested. Based on the results of this research, the proposed conceptual model, with respect to model indices, has the necessary fitness. The results showed that motivational beliefs predicted the goal orientation and academic performance of the students. Also, the goal orientation is the predictive performance of the student. Regarding the mediating role of variables, the results showed that motivational beliefs indirectly affect academic performance due to goal orientation

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness knowledge education on the motivation and academic achievement of second grade high school students in Tehran 5 district and 30 participant using stratified classification stratified classification method. The methodology of this research was quantitative and in terms of the fundamental goal. Measuring the variables of the research, the motivational beliefs and academic achievement questionnaires were performed as a pre-test and were replaced in two groups of 15 experimental and control groups that received a group-based mental-assisted group education test and the control group was not received. The results of covariance analysis indicated that knowledge-based education significantly increased the motivational beliefs and its components (self-efficacy, guidance, evaluation and anxiety testing). Mentally-based education has also been effective in improving the academic achievement of male students and improving their academic achievement.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior staff and faculty at the University of Shirvan. Research of implementation methods, descriptive and statistically significant correlation. To enhance the accuracy of research, census method was used. The sample size is 116, 100 people responded to the questionnaire. The research instrument used Gladstone (2009) consists of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management to measure emotional intelligence questionnaire and saddle Marcus (2004) for measuring organizational citizenship behavior. Respectively reliability with Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.77 and 0.87. The findings indicate that respondents have a total capacity of emotional intelligence are good. The mean scores of organizational citizenship behavior, high level and relatively convenient. Pearson test results showed a significant correlation between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior staff and faculty members of Islamic Azad University of there, as well as the results of the regression of self-management and relationship management is most effective.

Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work conscience and the performance and positive feedback of the high school graduates of Golpaygan city. Therefore, in this 1394 article, a statistical population of 490 men and women (educational staff) and randomly cluster sampling of 100 people based on Cochran's test from high school graduates - managers and instructors - through a questionnaire Open and closed. Results: The results of the implementation of the questionnaire were analyzed using mean and median indices and dispersion indexes and multiple regression coefficient method. Also, using Kolmogrov-Smirnov's statistical estimation, the effect of the work conscientiousness on job feedback was considered. Since the significance levels of all variables are greater than 0.05, the assumption is zero. Therefore, the normal distribution of variables is confirmed. Therefore, in analyzing the hypotheses Parametric tests were used. According to the results of Chi-square test and Friedman rank test, the components of conscientiousness in order of importance were: conscientiousness, work adequacy, caution in decision-making, order and programming, striving for success, self-restraint He pointed out that: the dependent variable of positive feedback has a meaningful relationship with an independent variable of conscience. Conclusion: Work conscientiousness has a direct effect on the staff feedback.

The process of socialization of newcomers is one of the most important duties of human resource management in relation to workforce. Organizations should provide opportunities to make the staff familiar with the mission, goals, occupational duties, and desirable values of the organization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness and achieve competitive advantage. Organizations align and adapt individual attitudes, values and behaviors to the desirable organizational values, norms and behaviors by means of systematic and continuous structuring of staff’s behavior. If the socialization process is implemented properly and purposefully, it will decline the organization’s costs, enhance the commitment, loyalty and efficiency of the staff, and decrease the demand for leaving the organizations. In the present paper, it has been tried to address the concept of organizational socialization and its institutionalization methods through using scientific sources and the analytical method.
