چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف اثر بخشی راهبرد یاددهی- یادگیری حل مساله در تدریس تربیت بدنی بر تربیت حرکتی دانش­آموزان پایه هفتم انجام شد.
روش: این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی بود و روش تحقیق آن نیمه تجربی می­باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر پایه هفتم شهرستان سراب و کلیه معلمان ورزش در سال تحصیلی 96-97 بود، که طبق گزارش اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان سراب 706 دانش­آموز و 46 معلم ورزش بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند-تصادفی تعداد 84 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر و پسر پایه هفتم انتخاب گردیدند که به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش ( 22 نفر دختر و 22 نفر پسر) و دو گروه کنترل (20 نفر دختر و 20 نفر پسر) تقیسم شدند که بعد از انجام 12 جلسه تمرین 65 دقیقه­ای با استفاده از راهبرد یاددهی- یادگیری حل مساله از آزمودنی­ها مجددا آزمون نهایی به عمل آمد. روش گرد­آوری داده­ها به صورت مشاهده­ای و پرسشنامه­ای بود. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه‌، توسط 5 نفر از صاحب‌نظران تایید و پایایی درونی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، 80/0 بدست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و نیز استنباطی شامل آنکوا و آزمون لون استفاده گردید.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد که که بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل، از لحاظ راهبرد یاددهی- یادگیری حل مساله در ابعاد شناختی، عاطفی، آمادگی جسمانی و مهارتی درس بسکتبال تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. اما متغیر جنسیت در ابعاد تربیت حرکتی معنی­دار نیست.
نتیجه­ گیری: بنابراین نقشه­های از قبل آماده شده، موجب بهبود نگرش نسبت به معلم و کلاس می­شود پس معلمین ورزش و مربیان مدارس باید در جهت پیشبرد اهداف آموزشی از این راهبرد یاددهی- یادگیری بیشتر بهره ببرند.

The Effectiveness of Teaching-Learning Problem-Solving Strategy in Teaching Physical education on Motor Training of Students

Purpose: The present study investigated the effect of problem-solving teaching-learning strategy on Physical education teaching on seventh grade students' motor training.
Method: The purpose of this research was applied research and its research method is quasi-experimental. The statistical population included all male and female students in seventh grade of Sarab city and all sport teachers in the school year of 97-96. According to the Sarab County Department of Education, there were 706 students and 46 sports teachers. Using purposive-random sampling method, 84 males and female seventh grade students were selected randomly into two experimental groups (22 girls and 22 boys) and two control groups (20 girls and 20 boys), were divided. After 12 sessions of 65 minutes training, the subjects were tested again using the problem-solving learning-learning strategy. Data were collected by observation and a questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 5 experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.80. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods including ANCOVA and Levon test were used for data analysis.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of teaching-problem solving strategy in cognitive, emotional, physical fitness and skill of basketball lessons. But the gender variable in the dimensions of motor training is not significant.
Conclusion: Therefore, pre-prepared maps improve teacher and classroom attitudes so that sport teachers and school coaches should use this teaching-learning strategy to further their educational goals.
