Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional creativity and self-efficacy with individual and social adjustment of students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Research Sciences Branch. The method of the present study is correlational research. For this purpose, among all undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Research Sciences Branch, in the academic year of 1994-95, a sample of 290 people was selected by availability. April (1994), Scherer and Adams General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (quoted by Bakhtiari, 1996) and Bell Social Adjustment Questionnaire (1961) were used. The results of this study using regression and Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional creativity and self-efficacy with individual and social adjustment of students (p <0.001)
