چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تجاری‌سازی دانش در حوزه سلامت در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی در شهر تهران» بود.
روش شناسی: حوزه پژوهش حاضر ترکیبی بود که در بخش کمی از روش زمینه یابی از نوع همبستگی و در بخش کیفی از روش داده بنیاد استفاده شد. جامعه آماری خبرگان دانشگاهی و متخصصین بودند که مشتمل بر مدیران، کارشناسان، متولیان و مشاورین حوزه تجاری‌سازی دانش در حوزه سلامت دانشگاه‌ های علوم پزشکی در شهر تهران بود. برای انتخاب حجم نمونه در بخش کمی با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای نمونه به تعداد 385 نفر و در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی نمونه به تعداد 18 نفر انتخاب شد، که گردآوری اطلاعات تا زمان اشباع ادامه یافت. ابزار گرد آوری داده‌ها شامل چک لیست، فهرست وارسی و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود، پس از گرد آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد سیستمی استراوس و کوربین در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، 72 مفهوم و 15 مقوله استخراج گردید که از بین آن‌ها مقوله تجاری‌سازی دانش در حوزه سلامت به‌عنوان مقوله مرکزی و 14 مورد دیگر اجزای نظریه داده بنیاد پژوهش را تشکیل دادند و درنهایت با بهره‌گیری از نظریه داده بنیاد، در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در شهر تهران یک عوامل مؤثر بر تجاری‌سازی دانش در حوزه سلامت تدوین شد. سپس مدل جامع پیشنهادی ارائه‌شده در مرحله دوم با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS 20،Lisrel8.8 و SmartPLS.03 مورد آزمون و تحلیل قرارگرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج یافته‌ها حاکی از این بود که تمامی متغیرهای احصا شده در قالب سطوح مذکور، به‌ عنوان متغیرهایی که باید در طراحی مدل مطلوب موردتوجه قرار گیرند، مورد تائید قرار گرفت. همچنین با توجه به اینکه قدر مطلق مقدار آماره t برای تمامی روابط بین متغیرها بزرگ‌تر از مقدار بحرانی 1.96 و نیز تمامی بارهای عاملی در حالت استاندارد بزرگ‌تر از 0.3 به دست آمد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج هیچ کدام از روابط رد نشده و تمامی متغیرها و روابط تائید شد. درنهایت مدل اولیه تحقیق نیز تائید گردید.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is "to investigate the factors affecting the commercialization of knowledge in the field of health in Tehran University of Medical Sciences."
Methodology: The field of combined research was that in the quantitative part of the field finding method and the type of correlation and in the qualitative part of the data method of the foundation. The statistical population included academic experts and specialists, including managers, experts, trustees and consultants in the field of knowledge commercialization in the field of health of medical universities in Tehran. To select the sample size in the quantitative section using stratified random sampling method, a sample of 385 people and in the qualitative section using the snowball method, a sample of 18 people was selected, which data collection has continued until saturation. Data collection tools including checklists, checklists and researcher-made questionnaires. After collecting data using Strauss and Corbin system approach in three stages of open, axial and selective coding, 72 concepts and 15 categories were extracted. Among them, the category of commercialization of knowledge in the field of health as a central category and 14 other components of data theory formed the research foundation was drafted. Then, the proposed comprehensive model presented in the second stage was tested and analyzed using statistical software SPSS 20, Lisrel 8.8 and SmartPLS.03.
Findings: The results indicate that all the variables calculated in the form of the mentioned levels were confirmed as variables that should be considered in the design of the desired model. Also, considering that the absolute value of t-value for all relationships between variables was greater than the critical value of 1.96 and also all factor loads in the standard state was greater than 0.3.
Conclusion: Based on the results, none of the relationships were rejected and all variables and relationships were confirmed. Therefore, the initial model of the research was finally approved.
