چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر فراهیجان بر تمایز یافتگی خود با واسطه گری خود شفقتی دانش آموزان انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99 - 1398 تشکیل دادند، که از میان آن‌ها، تعداد 420 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه فراهیجان (میتمنسگرابر و همکاران، 2009)، تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورن و فریدلندر، 1998) و پرسشنامه شفقت خود (نف، 2003). به منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS-V23 و Lisrel-V8.8 استفاده گردید. همچنین داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد فراهیجان بر تمایزیافتگی خود دانش آموزان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تمایزیافتگی بر خودشفقتی دانش آموزان تاثیر مثبت داشت.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش فراهیجان بر تمایزیافتگی خود دانش آموزان با واسطه گری خودشفقتی تاثیر دارد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Meta-Emotion on self-differentiation through students' self-compassion mediation.
Methodology: The cross-sectional research method was correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all high school students in Tehran in the academic year 2019- 20, from which 420 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The research instruments were: meta-emotion Questionnaire (Mittmansgraber et al., 2009), Self-Differentiation (Skorn and Friedlander, 1998) and Self-Compassion Questionnaire (Nef, 2003). SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8.8 software were used to analyze the data. The data were also analyzed using structural equation analysis.
Results: The results showed that meta-emotion had a positive and significant effect on students 'own differentiation. Also, the results showed that differentiation has a positive effect on students' self-efficacy.
Conclusion: Based on the results of meta-emotion research, it has an effect on students' self-differentiation through self-help mediation.
