Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identifying the elements and indicators and validation of the comprehensive online curriculum pattern.Methodology: This was an applied study from type of qualitative that was done with the synthesis research method. In the current research, among the researches related to the research area number of 75 cases were selected with a purposeful method and taking notes on them was done in order to achieve a suitable summary about the comprehensive online curriculum pattern. Also, 32 experts were used to check the validation of the mentioned model, which they commented on the importance of each of the 31 questions about the validity of the comprehensive online curriculum pattern. Finally, the data were analyzed by synthesis research and fuzzy Delphi methods.Findings: The findings of synthesis research showed that for the online curriculum was identified 174 indicators in 13 elements including goals (with 10 indicators), student (with 12 indicators), teacher (with 14 indicators), content (with 15 indicators), support (with 12 indicators), grouping (with 17 indicators), presence (with 11 indicators), technology (with 11 indicators), time (with 11 indicators), learning environment (with 12 indicators), interaction (with 23 indicators), materials and resources (with 8 indicators) and evaluation (with 18 indicators). The findings of the fuzzy Delphi in the second round showed that out of 31 questions about the validation of the comprehensive online curriculum pattern the said model had adequate validity. Conclusion: The comprehensive and valid online curriculum pattern of this study can be used by experts and curriculum planners to improve online education.

By purposeful sampling and theoretical saturation procedure, 18 individuals were selected as the sample. Interview questions were prepared through in-depth research on the subject of faculty-student interactionand the interviews were semi-structured. The three-step coding method including open, axial, and selective codingwas used for data analysis. Results: The findings showed that the conditions for the formation of the student-student interaction included the contextual and enhancing factors such as student perception of the subject, holding of debugging hours, motivation in the faculty and student, and reducing factors such as the nature of course theory, the student's low academic level, high volume of practical work, limited time, and lack of self-confidence. Then the quality coding process was performed on them. In order to identify the position of citizenship components and their manifestation among students (analysis unit), among boys' high school teachers in Tehran as a unit of observation by survey method and using multi-stage cluster sampling, A sample of 210 people was selected. Data were collected using a self-made questionnaire with an alpha value of 0.82, Achieved at an acceptable level. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and exploratory factor analysis at a significance level of 0.05. Findings: In this study, by analyzing the document of the constitution and the document of fundamental change in education, it was determined that the components of citizenship education are regulated and implemented with the focus on religion and reaching the nearness of God. Accordingly, a religious citizen with desirable religious, devotional, and cognitive characteristics and in the field of social action with the characteristics of social benefit, participation and role-playing is considered a desirable social. Purpose: It is very important to evaluate the level of satisfaction of students with the quality of university services. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the satisfaction of students with the quality of educational, research, student and financial services and support of the university.Methodology: The current research method was a cross-sectional descriptive survey. The statistical sample of this research was made up of 419 students of Malayer University who were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling method. To collect data, a standard service quality satisfaction questionnaire by Jafari Rad et al. (2013) was used, and for data analysis, Chi-square, U-Man-Whitney, and Wilcoxon statistical tests were used.Findings: The results showed that the students' satisfaction with educational services was appropriate, and research, student and administrative services were inappropriate, and overall, it was moderate and low. Undergraduate students had a lower level of satisfaction with university services compared to master's and doctoral students.
