چکیده

هدف: این مقاله با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر و پیامدهای مدیریت ناب با نظام آموزش عالی کشور انجام شده است. 
روش شناسی: روش تحقیق از نظر هدف، بنیادی-کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات جزء پژوهشهای آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان آموزش‌ عالی بود. برای تعیین نمونههای این پژوهش و تعیین این گروه از خبرگان از روش نمونهگیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند به تعداد 20 نفر استفاده شد. گروه دوم از جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، شامل تمام مدیران و معاونین واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد در تهران که مشغول به کار میباشند به تعداد 1190 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقه ای و فرمول کوکران، 291 نفر بهعنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه و در بخش کمّی، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بر مبنای مقیاس 5 گزینه‌ای بود. روایی پرسشنامه از نظر صوری و محتوایی از طریق چند نفر از خبرگان، روایی ﻫﻤﮕﺮا از طریق محاسبه ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون‌های آلفای کرونباخ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه (AVE)، ماتریس جذر AVE، کولموگروف‌اسمیرنف و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار Lisrel استفاده شد.
یافته ها: و روایی واﮔﺮا از طریق محاسبه جذر AVE به تایید رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه 86/0 به دست آمد.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج عوامل سازمانی به عنوان شرایط علی در نظر گرفته شد که مولفههای تاثیرگذار شامل مدیریت دانش، رهبری ناب و جو سازمانی آکادمیک، مولفههای پیامدی، شامل عملکرد نوآورانه‌، مزیت رقابتی پایدار و کیفیت آموزشی می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This article aims to investigate the effective factors and consequences of lean management in the country's higher education system.
Methodology: The research method is fundamental-applied in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is a part of mixed research (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population in the qualitative section included higher education experts. To determine the samples of this research and to determine this group of experts, a non-random sampling method was used with the number of 20 people. The second group of the statistical population of this research included all the managers and assistants of Azad University units in Tehran who are working in the number of 1190 people, using stratified random sampling method and Cochran's formula, 291 people were selected as subjects. The data collection tool was interview in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaire based on a 5-option scale in the quantitative part. Validity of the questionnaire in terms of form and content through several experts, convergent validity was extracted by calculating the average variance. Cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted (AVE), root matrix AVE, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and confirmatory factor analysis using Lisrel software were used for data analysis.
Findings: And the divergent validity was confirmed by calculating the square root of AVE. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha for the whole questionnaire at 0.86.
Conclusion: Considering the results of organizational factors as causal conditions, it was considered that the effective components include knowledge management, pure leadership and academic organizational atmosphere, the consequential components include innovative performance, sustainable competitive advantage and educational quality.
