چکیده

هدف: از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی اسلامی بر پیامدهای رفتاری کارکنان زن آموزش و پرورش  بود.
روش: روش پژوهش بر حسب هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی- همبستگی و همین­طور از نظر نوع داده کمی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان زن آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای چندمرحله‌ای، 320 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. به­منظور گردآوری داده­ها، از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برگرفته از چندین پژوهش، استفاده شد. پس از جمع­آوری پرسشنامه­ها، توصیف داده­ها از طریق میانگین، انحراف معیار، درصد فراوانی و جدول از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و استنباط آماری داده­ها از طریق مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم افزار Smart PLS 2 در دو بخش مدل اندازه گیری و بخش ساختاری انجام پذیرفت.
یافته ­ها: یافته­ها نشان دادند که مدیریت منابع انسانی اسلامی و مؤلفه­های آن بر اخلاق کار اسلامی، عدالت سازمانی و پیامدهای رفتاری کارکنان زن آموزش و پرورش تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین، اخلاق کار اسلامی و عدالت سازمانی نیز بر این پیامدهای رفتاری تأثیرگذارند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که هرچه به مدیریتمنابع انسانی از دید اسلامی بها داده شود، می توان شاهد بهبود عدالت سازمانی و پیامدهای مناسب رفتاری کارکنان بود.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Islamic HRM on the behavioral consequences of female education staff.
Methodology: In terms of purpose, the research method was descriptive-correlational and quantitative in terms of data collection. The statistical population consisted of female staff in Tehran city that was selected as sample size using Morgan table and multistage cluster random sampling. In order to collect the data, two researcher-made questionnaires were used. After collecting the questionnaires, data were analyzed through descriptive part (means, standard deviation, percentage, frequency and table) by Spss software and statistical inference of data through structural equation modeling using Smart PLS 2 software. Measurement model and structural parts were performed in two parts.
Findings: The findings showed that Islamic HRM and its components had a positive and significant effect on the Islamic work ethic, organizational justice and behavioral consequences of female education staff. Also, Islamic work ethic and organizational justice had an effect on behavioral consequences.
Conclusion: The results of the study showed that whatever the value of human resources management is from Islamic perspective, it can be seen to improve organizational justice and appropriate behavioral consequences of employees.
