چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر اثربخشی آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی بر زورگویی و تکانشگری دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان شیراز بود.
روش: در پژوهش حاضر، از روش آزمایشی با طرح نیمه­آزمایشی پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون و گروه گواه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر در حال تحصیل در هنرستان­های ناحیه دو شهر شیراز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بودند که 30 نفر از آن­ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابتدا اعضای هر دو گروه با به‌کارگیری مقیاس تکانشگری (باس و پری، 1992) و مقیاس زورگویی (اولوئوس، 1996) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند (پیش­آزمون). سپس، گروه آزمایشی به مدت 8 جلسه تحت آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی قرار گرفتند درحالی‌که گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکرند. پس از اتمام جلسات گروهی، از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون گرفته شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار spss21 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که پس از انجام مداخله، متغیر تکانشگری کلی و مؤلفه‌های آن (تکانشگری بدنی، تکانشگری کلامی، خشم و خصومت) و همچنین زورگویی و مؤلفه‌های آن (به‌خصوص شیوع زورگویی) در آزمودنی‌های گروه آزمایشی به نسبت گروه گواه کاهش معناداری داشت (01/0>P < /span>).
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی بر کاهش تکانشگری و زورگویی نوجوانان مؤثر و منجر به مدیریت هیجاناتی مانند خشم و پرخاشگری و... می‌شود.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social skills training on bullying and impulsivity in second grade high school male students in Shiraz.
Methodology: In this study, experimental method with pre-test and post-test semi-experimental design was used. The statistical population of the study included all male students studying in the two schools of Shiraz district in the school year of 1977. (15 patients in each group). First, members of both groups were tested using impulsivity scale (Bass & Perry, 1992) and bullying scale (Oliveus, 1996) (pre-test). Then, the experimental group received social skills training for 8 sessions while the control group did not receive any training. At the end of group sessions, posttest was taken from both groups. Data were analyzed by covariance analysis using spss21 software.
Results: Findings showed that after intervention, the overall impulsivity variable and its components (physical impulsivity, verbal impulsivity, anger and hostility) and bullying and its components (especially bullying prevalence) were significantly reduced in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: Social skills training is effective in reducing impulsivity and bullying in adolescents and leads to the management of emotions such as anger and aggression.
