چکیده

هدف:  هدف از انجام این مطالعه‌ بررسی اثر سرمایه‌ی انسانی و فکری بر عملکرد کارکنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز بود.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف توصیفی، از نظر نوع استفاده کاربردی، از نظر بعد زمان مقطعی و از نگاه نوع داده ها کمی بود. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش کلیه کارکنان ساختمان مرکزی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 340 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده نمونه‌گیری گردیدند. داده­های مورد نیاز برای تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سرمایه فکری بنتیس (1998) و عملکرد کارکنان هرسیوبلانچاردوگلداسمیت (1980) گردآوری شدند و توسط نرم افزار  SPSSو LISREL مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: براساس یافته ها در آزمون همبستگی پیرسون  مقدار ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر سرمایه فکری و عملکرد کارکنان برابر 0.781 در سطح معناداری 0.000 شد که این مقدار کمتر از سطح معناداری آزمون (0.05) می­باشد، بنابراین نتیجه می­گیریم که آزمون معنادار بود (p<0.05).
نتیجه گیری: سرمایه فکری بر عملکرد کارکنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز تأثیر مثبت معنی داری دارد.

چکیده [English]

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of human and intellectual capital on staff performance in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences.
Methodology: This study was descriptive in terms of purpose, type of applied use, cross-sectional time dimension and quantitative data type. The statistical population of this study was all employees of central building of Ahvaz University of Medical Sciences. Based on Cochran formula, 340 people were selected and randomly selected. The data required for the research were collected through Bentis Standard Intellectual Capital Questionnaires (1998) and Hersioblanchardgoldsmith Staff (1980) questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software.
Findings: According to the results of Pearson correlation test, the correlation coefficient between intellectual capital and staff performance was 0.781 at the significant level of 0.000 which is lower than the significance level of the test (0.05), so we conclude that the test was significant. (p <0.05)
Conclusion: Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on staff performance in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences.
