چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه خلاقیت هیجانی و خودکارامدی با سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم تحقیقات تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است.. به این منظور از بین کلیه  دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم تحقیقات تهران در سال تحصیلی 94-95 نمونه ای به حجم 290 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند.برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های خلاقیت هیجانی آوریل (1994) ،  پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و آدامز (به نقل از بختیاری ، 1375) و پرسشنامه  سازگاری اجتماعی بل (1961) استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش با استفاده از رگرسیون و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که  بین خلاقیت هیجانی و خودکارآمدی با سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد(p<0.001)

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional creativity and self-efficacy with individual and social adjustment of students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Research Sciences Branch. The method of the present study is correlational research. For this purpose, among all undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Research Sciences Branch, in the academic year of 1994-95, a sample of 290 people was selected by availability. April (1994), Scherer and Adams General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (quoted by Bakhtiari, 1996) and Bell Social Adjustment Questionnaire (1961) were used. The results of this study using regression and Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional creativity and self-efficacy with individual and social adjustment of students (p <0.001)
