چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، ارائه مدلی مناسب برای تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس در دانشگاه پیام نور غرب کشور با استفاده از روش مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری SMART-PLS است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل 425 نفر از اعضای علمی دانشگاه‏ پیام نور غرب کشور (کرمانشاه ،همدان،کردستان و ایلام) است. که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 202 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. با بررسی مبانی نظری و مرور پیشینه‌های تحقیق، متغیرهای اثرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس شناسایی شدند که توسط خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند. عوامل مؤثر در هشت گروه اصلی؛ پرهیز از قضاوت انتقادپذیری، عدم تبعیض، عدالت کاری، حفظ اسرار، رعایت حرمت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و ارزشیابی هماهنگ  طبقه‏بندی شدند و مدل پژوهش تدوین گردید. سپس پرسشنامه بین جامعه آماری توزیع شد و به کمک مدل‏سازی معادلات، داده‌ها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. روایی (تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) و پایایی (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) پرسشنامه‏ها حاکی از آن هستند که ابزارهای اندازه‏گیری از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردار هستند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات توسط نرم‏افزار SMART-PLS و با استفاده از آماره آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر (β)، نشان داد که عوامل هشت گانه، رابطه مثبت و معناداری با اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس دارند.

The aim of this research is to provide a suitable model to determine the factors affecting the professional ethics of teaching at Payam Noor University in the West of the country using the SMART-PLS structural equation modeling method. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population includes 425 academic members of Payam Noor University in the West of the country (Kermanshah, Hamedan, Kurdistan and Ilam). 202 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. By examining the theoretical foundations and reviewing research backgrounds, the variables affecting the professional ethics of teaching were identified and confirmed by experts. Effective factors in eight main groups; Avoiding criticism, non-discrimination, work justice, keeping secrets, respect, responsibility and coordinated evaluation were classified and the research model was developed. Then the questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population and the data were analyzed with the help of equation modeling. Validity (confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of the questionnaires indicate that the measurement tools have good validity and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software and using t-test statistics and path coefficients (β) showed that the eight factors have a positive and significant relationship with teaching professional ethics.
