چکیده

 
هدف: این مقاله با هدف شناسایی شاخص‌های رقابت‌پذیری با تاکید بر آموزش سرمایه های انسانی در صنعت بانکداری کشور انجام گرفت.
روش شناسی: این پژوهش مبتنی بر فلسفه تجربه‌گرایانه و به روش قیاسی-استقرایی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، یک پژوهش کاربردی-توسعه‌ای و از منظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، یک پژوهش‌های پیمایشی-مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اساتید بازاریابی و مدیران شبکه بانکی ایران بود. برای نمونه‌گیری از روش غیر احتمالی و هدفمند استفاده شد و در نهایت 12 نفر از خبرگان مذکور در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از روش فراترکیب و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای استفاده شد. پس از شناسایی مقوله‌ ها به روش فراترکیب، از پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر روش دلفی استفاده گردید برای شناسایی مقوله‌های زیربنایی رقابت‌پذیری و با تاکید بر آموزش منابع انسانی در صنعت بانکداری از روش فراترکیب استفاده شد. همچنین با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی به اعتبارسنجی نتایج پرداخته شد. تجزیه و  تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای MaxQDA و MatLab انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌های اصلی رقابت‌پذیری مبتنی بر صنعت بانکداری عبارتند از: مدیریت دانش سازمانی، آموزش و توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی، مدیریت تجربه مشتری، بازارگرایی، ارزش ویژه برند، ساختار بانک، مدیریت تغییرات، رضایت‌مندی و وفاداری مشتریان، آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻪ ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مدیریت مالی. این شاخص‌ها براساس 45 گویه قابل پایش و سنجش بودند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش شناسایی شاخص‌های رقابت‌پذیری با تاکید بر آموزش سرمایه های انسانی در صنعت بانکداری کشور، بستری جهت رقابت سالم ایجاد میکند و در نهایت باعث رشد و بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی کشور می شود.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This article was conducted with the aim of identifying competitiveness indicators with emphasis on human capital training in the country's banking industry.
Methodology: This research was based on empirical philosophy and deductive-inductive method. The present study was an applied-developmental research in terms of purpose and a cross-sectional research in terms of data collection method. Since quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this study, so it was a mixed research. The statistical population of this article included marketing professors and managers of the Iranian banking network. A non-probabilistic and purposeful method was used for sampling and finally 12 of the mentioned experts participated in this study. In this paper, the meta-combined method was used to identify the underlying categories of competitiveness and with emphasis on human resource training in the banking industry. Also, the results were validated using fuzzy Delphi method. Data analysis was performed using MaxQDA and MatLab software.
Findings: The results showed that the main indicators of competitiveness based on the banking industry are: organizational knowledge management, training and development of human capital, customer experience management, market orientation, brand equity, bank structure, change management, customer satisfaction and loyalty, knowledge, technology Information and communication and financial management. These indicators can be monitored and measured based on 45 items.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, identifying competitiveness indicators with emphasis on human capital education in the country's banking industry, creates a platform for healthy competition and ultimately leads to growth and improvement of the country's economic situation.
