Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work conscience and the performance and positive feedback of the high school graduates of Golpaygan city. Therefore, in this 1394 article, a statistical population of 490 men and women (educational staff) and randomly cluster sampling of 100 people based on Cochran's test from high school graduates - managers and instructors - through a questionnaire Open and closed. Results: The results of the implementation of the questionnaire were analyzed using mean and median indices and dispersion indexes and multiple regression coefficient method. Also, using Kolmogrov-Smirnov's statistical estimation, the effect of the work conscientiousness on job feedback was considered. Since the significance levels of all variables are greater than 0.05, the assumption is zero. Therefore, the normal distribution of variables is confirmed. Therefore, in analyzing the hypotheses Parametric tests were used. According to the results of Chi-square test and Friedman rank test, the components of conscientiousness in order of importance were: conscientiousness, work adequacy, caution in decision-making, order and programming, striving for success, self-restraint He pointed out that: the dependent variable of positive feedback has a meaningful relationship with an independent variable of conscience. Conclusion: Work conscientiousness has a direct effect on the staff feedback.

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of group exploratory and conceptual learning in science lessons on the academic self-efficacy of male students.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its implementation, it was a semi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test-follow-up design with a control group. The statistical population of this research was the fifth grade male students of Kiyar city in the academic year of 2020-21. The research sample consisted of 75 male students in three experimental groups of exploration, concept learning and control (25 people in each group) who were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling from 3 schools and 3 classes. The research tool was the self-efficacy questionnaire of Jenkins and Morgan (1999) and the intervention was the method of exploratory group training and concept learning group training for 10 sessions (each session 45 minutes) which was implemented for both experimental groups. For data analysis, inferential statistical methods (repeated measurement analysis and Benferroni post hoc test) were used with Spss24 software.Findings: The results showed that both exploratory group training and conceptual learning increased academic self-efficacy scores compared to the control group. But there was no significant difference between the average scores of exploratory group training and conceptual learning. In other words, both methods of exploratory group training and concept learning group training equally increased academic self-efficacy scores (P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the group teaching of exploration and conceptual learning increases the academic self-efficacy of students in the science course. Therefore, lesson planners can pay more attention to these methods and also elementary school teachers can use these educational methods in teaching science lessons to better understand students and their academic self-efficacy.

purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the tendency of students working at the graduate level of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Research Sciences Branch. Methodology: The method of this research is survey and its statistical population (N) is postgraduate students of Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University in 1398. The sample population (n) was 300 subjects who were selected using Cochran's formula. The data of this study were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire with 4 variables and 26 questions. Regression analysis, Friedman test and other related inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis of data. Results: Based on the analysis of the data, 47.5% of the students at a very high level stated that they have a tendency to migrate (bronchochi). In this regard, based on the findings of regression analysis, repulsive factors (internal) with a beta of 329%, gravitational factors (external) with a beta of 271% and individual factors with a coefficient of 249% had the highest predictability of students for migration, respectively. Also, based on the results of Friedman test, political factors with an average rank of 3.64 and social factors with an average rank of 3.39 had the greatest role and influence on the tendency of elites to emigrate abroad. Conclusion: Based on the research findings, scientific elites have a negative assessment of the internal conditions of the country in political, social, economic and cultural dimensions and have a positive attitude towards the conditions of developed countries. Therefore, it can be said that being multidimensional and even the accumulation of various issues causes the elite to decide to emigrate despite all internal dependencies. It seems that the formal government can prevent the outflow of this capital by identifying the students' problems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between marital infidelity and love styles with sexual satisfaction of couples.Method: The method of this study was descriptive-correlational. The research population included all couples who have had at least two years of marriage (at least two years after their marriage), at least once experienced infidelity (in the form of a virtual relationship, texting or phone call and sexual intercourse), and to resolve their own problems. Welfare counseling centers in Tehran were visited. According to the Krejcie Morgan table, the sample size was 350 couples. They were selected by random clustering in Tehran Welfare Counseling Centers and answered the Hudson Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Sternberg Love Scale. In descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation test was used. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results: The results showed that there was no significant relationship between marital infidelity and sexual satisfaction of couples. However, as love styles increased (intimacy, excitement, and commitment), couples' sexual satisfaction increased, and vice versa. Conclusion: There was a positive and meaningful relationship between love and the continuation of love. The more love and affection between couples, the more commitment and satisfaction they would have.
