purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching positive thinking skills with emphasis on religious teachings on students' motivation for progress and self-efficacy.Methodology: The research method in this study was pre-test post-test semi-experimental with control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all female high school students of dynamic high school in district 4 of Tehran in the academic year of 1398-98. The sample group consisted of 30 students who were randomly selected and divided into two groups of 15 each. The experimental group received 4 one-hour sessions (4 sessions per week) of positive thinking skills training with emphasis on religious teachings and the control group received no intervention. Data were collected by Hermes Progressive Motivation Scale (1970) and Scherer et al (1982) Self-efficacy Questionnaire and analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance in SPSS-25 software.Findings: Results showed that in the post-test phase, the motivation for progress and self-efficacy was significantly improved in the experimental group (p <0.05).Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that positive thinking skills training program with emphasis on religious teachings has been effective on motivation for progress and self-efficacy.

Purpose: Talent management is one of the effective strategies to improve the performance of organizations and accordingly, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors of talent management in Farhangian University in the south of country.
Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The community of the qualitative part was experts included talent faculty members in the field of educational management and senior managers of Farhangian University in the south of the country, which according to the theoretical saturation principle number of 13 people of them were selected by purposive sampling method. The community of the quantitative part was faculty members and staff of Farhangian University in the south of country with number of 399 people, which according to Krejcie and Morgan table number of 196 people of them were selected by stratified random sampling method considering the ratio of the province of work. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires and analyzed by methods of coding in MAXQDA software and factor analysis in SPSS and PLS software.
Finding: Findings showed that the effective factors of talent management in Farhangian University had 51 open codes in three axial codes of internal conditions (with 16 open codes), structural conditions (with 17 open codes) and organizational processes (with 18 open codes). Other findings showed that the factor load of all open codes or indicators was higher than 0.50 and for the effective factors of talent management in Farhangian University were identified three factors of internal conditions, structural conditions and organizational processes, which their validity and reliability was suitable and these three factors were able to explain 58% of the total variance. Other findings showed that the effective factors of talent management in Farhangian University had a significant effect on all three factors of internal conditions, structural conditions and organizational processes (P<0.05).
Conclusion: According to the identification of three factors of internal conditions, structural conditions and organizational processes for effective factors of talent management in Farhangian University and their approval in a quantitative part, to desired talent management in the university can be action through identified indicators according to three factors of internal conditions, structural conditions and organizational processes and provided the basis for improving the performance of higher education organizations, especially Farhangian University.

Purpose: The nature of human life cannot be separated from moral and value issues, as their relationship and impact on life has always been inevitable. Therefore, the aim of this study was to provide a model of ethical decision-making in physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province based on social values.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of implementation method. The statistical population included the physical education teachers of East Azerbaijan province in the academic year 2020-21 in the number of 1312 people. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan table 339 people and were selected by cluster-random sampling method. The research instruments included Kasol (2003) Ethical Decision Making Questionnaire and Rokic (2010) Modified Social Values Questionnaire. For the validity of the instrument from the point of view of experts and their reliability, Cronbach's alpha method was 0.84 and 0.89, respectively. Descriptive statistics with Spss24 software and inferential structural equation modeling method in Spss24 and Amos26 software were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that social values had a positive and significant effect on the moral decision making of physical education teachers. Also, moral, national and political components, religious values, legal values and cultural values had a significant effect on moral decision making (p <0.05) and only the component of economic values had no significant effect on moral decision making.Conclusion: The results showed that social values influenced moral decisions, therefore, in the physical education curriculum, ethical issues related to social values can be given more attention.

Purpose: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of psychological capital on student sports participation.Methodology: The present research method was a descriptive correlation and applied in terms of type. The statistical population included secondary school students of the second period of Dehloran city, which according to Morgan table, 360 people were selected as the sample size by random sampling method. The instruments used were the Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire (2007) and the Gil Sports Participation Motivation Questionnaire (1983), the validity of which was obtained by the formal method and its reliability based on Cronbach's alpha of 0.86.Results: Data analysis showed that the average psychological capital is 3.88 and the sports participation is 3.9, which is in the average. The correlation results showed a positive and significant relationship between all dimensions of the two variables. Also, the results of structural equations with Amos software indicated that psychological capital could predict sports participation at the level of R2 = 0.64 and P <0.01. Given that the standard coefficient of the relationship is equal to 0.64 and significant, so the variable of psychological capital has a positive effect on sports participation, and therefore the research hypothesis is confirmed.Conclusion: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that in schools, the skills of strengthening the psychological capital of students should be worked on.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the preferred learning style and dominant behavioral patterns of students and to investigate the relationship between the two with entrepreneurial components. Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of the type of research. The current study method was based on the grounded theory qualitative research method, which was selected through interviews with 12 experts, including faculty members of universities and members working in the profession, including various professional categories, by purposeful snowball sampling. Took. The classification of data, interviews, was analyzed based on the first two stages of the three-stage system of Strauss and Corbin, i.e., open and axial coding, and subcategories were obtained. This study's statistical population was undergraduate students of technical and engineering, basic sciences, and humanities of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the academic year 1397-98. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula of 245 people, and the respondents were selected by stratified sampling method. The researcher-made questionnaire of individual entrepreneurial components was collected and analyzed with SPSS 23 and Lisrel software. Results: The findings of the study indicate that most of the students had a result-oriented behavioral pattern and in the technical and engineering field most students had an extroverted and task-oriented behavioral model with a convergent dominant learning style; In the field of basic sciences, most students had an introverted and task-oriented behavioral model adapted to the preferred learning style, and in the humanities, most students had an extroverted and people-centered behavioral model with a divergent preferential learning style. Conclusion: there was a significant relationship between learning style and students' behavioral patterns. Findings can improve personal, academic, and occupational cognition as effectively and efficiently as possible in the path of metacognition.

AbstractOver the past few years, virtual social networks have become increasingly popular worldwide, and many young people have become members of these virtualized social networks. Virtual social networks play a crucial role in the acceptance and access of people, especially young people, to attitudes and behaviors, and are considered as one of the main agents of social change. The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between virtual social networks with national and religious identity and mental health of secondary school students in District 1 of Kerman. The research method is correlation and using a questionnaire tool. The statistical population includes all high school students in district 2 of Kerman. The sample size was chosen based on the Morgan formula of 364 people and collected using the information classification method. Findings of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the underlying variables; age, gender, educational level and ethnicity variables with social identity and social health. Research findings also show that membership variables in virtual social networks, Internet usage, use of virtual social networks, membership in groups and news types with dimensions of national and religious identity, and mental health, from the point of view of anxiety and depression and symptoms Physical and social work have a meaningful relationship.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the obstacles and challenges to implementation of strategic planning in the higher education system and its effect on organizational innovation.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and integrated (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of implementation method. The population of the qualitative department included academic experts in the fields of planning in Khorasan Razavi province in the academic year 2019-2020, 30 of whom were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method according to the principle of theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, the study population consisted of all presidents and deputies of universities of Khorasan Razavi Province in the academic year 2019- 2020 (N = 320), among whom 175 individuals were selected as the sample using Cochran’s sample size formula and simple random sampling. The research tool in the qualitative part of the interview and its validity was obtained with content validity and reliability with coding agreement coefficient. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire called obstacles to Strategic Planning, Bryson’s Strategic Planning Implementation Scale (2010), and Organizational Innovation Inventory of Esmail (2002). The face validity of all the tools was confirmed, and their reliability was also confirmed with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of 0.93, 0.91, and 0.94, respectively. Qualitative data analysis was used using content analysis method and in the quantitative part descriptive statistics were used with Spss26 software and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used in Smart pls24 software.Findings: obstacles and challenges to strategic planning were categorized into 5 main categories (including individual, organizational, environmental, planning, and managerial obstacles) and were 50 indicators. The results also showed that the challenges and challenges of strategic planning in the implementation of effective strategic planning (t = 25.39) and the coefficient with the path coefficient (-0.74) and the implementation of strategic planning of organizational innovation have a significant effect (t = 48.81) and با It had a path coefficient (0.84).Conclusion: Higher education authorities must pay special attention to different intra- and extra-organizational obstacles to properly implement strategic educational plans, and thereby foster various innovations.

Purpose: Present research was conducted with aim of modeling of academic engagement based on school climate and quality of life with mediated self-regulation in students. Methodology: This study was cross-sectional from type of correlation. The study population was female high school students of Tehran city in the 2019-20 academic years. The research sample was 350 students who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In addition to the demographic information form, to collect data were used the questionnaires of academic engagement (Fredericks & et al, 2004), school climate (Lee & et al, 2017), quality of life (War & Sherbourne, 1992) and self-regulation (Bouffard & et al, 1995). Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling method in SPSS-22 and LISREL-8.8 software. Findings: The results showed that the mode of academic engagement based on school climate and quality of life with mediated self-regulation in students had a good fit. Also, school climate had a direct and significant effect on self-regulation and academic engagement, quality of life had a direct and significant effect on academic engagement and self-regulation had a direct and significant effect on academic engagement (p < 0.05), but quality of life had not a significant effect on self-regulation (P>0.05). Other results showed that the school climate with mediated self-regulation had an indirect and significant effect on academic engagement (p < 0.05), but the quality of life with mediated by self-regulated had no significant effect on academic engagement (P>0.05). Conclusion: According to the results, to improve students' academic engagement can be done by improving their school climate, quality of life and self-regulation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital in organizational citizenship behavior by mediating Organizational Socialization. Methodology: The research method was quantitative, descriptive and correlational studies and structural equation modeling. The study population was all secondary school teachers in the academic year 2019-20 in Kermanshah. Statistical population was 3053 person that estimated to 341 people by using of Kerjesy Morgan table. Sampling method was simple random. Research tool was about organizational citizenship behavior of Morgan model (1988); social capital questionnaire of Nahapite and gushal (1998) and organizational socialization of Taurmina model (1997). To determine the reliability and validity of the tool, Cronbach's alpha techniques and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficient and confirmatory path analysis using SPSS and LISREL statistical software. Results: The results indicate that: the social capital has a direct positive effect (0.49) on the organizational citizenship behavior variable at the level of 0.01. Considering the total effects, it can be said that the social capital variable had the most effect (0.80) and the organizational socialization variable had the least effect (0.45) on the organizational citizen behavior variable. Conclusion: According to the research findings, social capital and organizational socialization affect organizational citizenship behavior

Purpose: Man is a social being and because of this characteristic, he is bound to learn life skills. Life skills are abilities that are developed with continuous practice and prepare a person to face daily life issues, increase mental, social and health abilities. The World Health Organization has defined life skills as the ability to perform adaptive and positive behavior in such a way that a person can cope with the challenges and necessities of his daily life. Life skills are the kind of cognitive, emotional and practical abilities that are needed for success and happiness in everyday life. Life skills training have been receiving the attention of educational system practitioners in recent years due to the fact that it prepares people to deal with problems and create adaptive behaviors. The main purpose of this study was to provide a model of life skills curriculum in elementary school from the perspective of experts.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of its purpose and qualitative research with thematic analysis in terms of implementation method. The statistical population included various academic experts of the country in the academic year of 2020-21, 14 people were purposefully selected and interviewed until theoretical saturation. The research tool was semi-structured interviews, whose validity was checked with content validity (4 experts including 2 sociologists, 1 psychologist and 1 educational science professor), and for reliability, coders' agreement method was used, and 3 interviews were random. They were selected and coded with another experienced colleague, and the coding agreement rate was 0.94. For data analysis, the coding method (re-oriented and selective) was used.Findings: The results showed that 39 primary themes (open coding), 9 central themes including (family oriented, economic skills, citizenship skills, promotion of moral and religion-oriented skills and in the content dimension environmental skills, critical thinking, media literacy skills and skills Physical-psychological) and 2 selected subjects (purpose and content) as a model of life skills curriculum in elementary school.Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be concluded that curriculum planners can present life skills in elementary school in the books of this course in the form of two general dimensions of goals and content.

The purpose of this article is to review and meta-analyze research related to national identity and curriculum. Considering that strengthening national identity in students is one of the important educational goals, many researches have investigated this; Therefore, the present article aims to analyze and evaluate the most important research in this field with a descriptive meta-analysis method. The results of this research have been published in educational journals and media, and most of the methods used in this research are of the content analysis type, and textbooks have been used as the population and statistical sample of the research. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the educational system and curriculum are not effective in shaping national identity in students. However, the solutions provided in the mentioned researches are weak and most of the researches have presented the results of not paying balanced attention to "or not paying enough attention to the components of national identity in the curriculum". Finally, it seems that the researches in this field need "the components of national identity in the curriculum to be revised from the methodological dimension as well as the processing of the issues."

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior staff and faculty at the University of Shirvan. Research of implementation methods, descriptive and statistically significant correlation. To enhance the accuracy of research, census method was used. The sample size is 116, 100 people responded to the questionnaire. The research instrument used Gladstone (2009) consists of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management to measure emotional intelligence questionnaire and saddle Marcus (2004) for measuring organizational citizenship behavior. Respectively reliability with Cronbach's alpha was calculated 0.77 and 0.87. The findings indicate that respondents have a total capacity of emotional intelligence are good. The mean scores of organizational citizenship behavior, high level and relatively convenient. Pearson test results showed a significant correlation between the dimensions of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior staff and faculty members of Islamic Azad University of there, as well as the results of the regression of self-management and relationship management is most effective.

Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to quantitatively and qualitatively investigate the gap in cultural values between mothers and daughters.Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of the nature of the data. The statistical population was a quantitative part of the female students of Farhangian University of Bushehr, 235 of whom were selected using Cochran's formula and multi-stage cluster random sampling method. The population of the qualitative part was the female students of Farhangian University of Bushehr, 25 of whom were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation by purposive sampling. The research tool in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by obtaining the opinions and suggestions of the expert panel members, and the reliability of the instrument was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha of 0.8 for the capital questionnaire, 0.73 for cultural values, and 0.74 for the construction of power distribution in the family. The research tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview. Reliability was confirmed through the triangulation method of researchers and control by the participants, and the reliability was confirmed by the within-subject agreement method of two coders of 75.5%. In the quantitative part, the data were analyzed with multiple regression and the U-Man-Whitney test with SPSS 26 software, and in the qualitative part, with thematic analysis in the MAXQDA 2020 software.Findings: In the quantitative part, the results showed that the difference between mothers and daughters was significant in terms of cultural values. The variables of capital difference and the structure of power distribution are the most significant predictors. There was a gap in cultural values between mothers and daughters. In the qualitative part, 225 basic themes, 8 organizing themes and one overarching theme were formed in the participants' description of the gap in cultural values between mothers and daughters. In examining the views of the participants, about the role of capital difference on the gap in cultural values, 385 basic themes, 11 organizing-themes and 4 overarching themes and the role of the structure of power distribution on the gap in cultural values, 102 basic themes, 5 An organizing theme and an inclusive theme emerged.Conclusion: There was a significant difference between mothers and daughters in terms of cultural values. The variables of capital difference and the construction of power distribution had a significant role on the gap of cultural values, which the participants confirmed by explaining the nature of this role.

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the focal relationship of knowledge management with the establishment of inclusive quality management.Methodoogy: The research method was quantitative, descriptive and correlational. The statistical population consisted of elementary teachers in the two cities of Hamadan, who were selected by simple random sampling method based on Morgan table with a sample size of 219. And the research tools were Fong & Chi Knowledge Standard Questionnaire (2009) and Spinwell Total Quality Management Questionnaire (1994). Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis were used to determine the reliability and validity of the tool. Data were analyzed using focal correlation and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software.Findings: The results of this study showed that knowledge management dimensions had a positive and significant correlation in alpha of 0.01 with the value of 0.637 with the dimensions of QM. Knowledge management dimensions were able to account for 127% of the variance of QA. Also according to standardized regression coefficients, it can be said that knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage and knowledge distribution have a positive and significant effect on the overall quality management deployment variable at 0.05 level.Conclusion: Knowledge management dimensions have a positive and significant focal correlation with the dimensions of QM implementation.Keywords: Knowledge Management, Deployment of Total Quality Management, Dimensions, Focal Correlation

Purpose: The university is an effective institution for the growth and excellence of society and the present study was conducted with the aim of validating the structural model of the third generation university based on distance education.
Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was quantitative with a structural model approach. The research population was the faculty members of Payame Noor University in the academic year 2020-21. The research sample in the preliminary stage to study the psychometric indices of the model was 72 people and in the main stage were 232 people who were selected by multi stage cluster sampling method. The research instrument was a 58-item researcher-made questionnaire in seven components of organizational infrastructure, interventionist conditions, prevailing atmosphere on university, third generation university, autonomy, globalization and effective interaction, whose its formal and content validity by experts was confirmed and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha method was obtain 0.88. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling in SPSS-22 and AMOS-22 software.
Findings: The results showed that the structural model of the third generation university based on distance education had 18 sub-components in seven components of organizational infrastructure (with two sub-components of hard bedding and soft bedding), intervening conditions (with three sub-components of autonomy, globalization and effective interaction), prevailing atmosphere on university (with four sub-components of creativity and brainstorming, organizational commitment, innovative motivation and innovative attitude), third generation university (with two sub-components of entrepreneurial university and wealth-creating university), autonomy (with three sub-components of independent policy-making, financial dependence reduction and independent content production), globalization (with two sub-components of global look and global action) and effective interaction (with two sub-components of intra-organizational communication and extra-organizational communication). Other findings showed that the structural model of the third generation university based on distance education had a good fit and in this model organizational infrastructure, interventionist conditions and prevailing atmosphere on university had a significant direct effect on third generation university and organizational infrastructure had a significant indirect effect on the third generation university through interventionist conditions (P<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings the structural model of the third generation university based on distance education had a good validation and to improve the third generation university based on distance education using from the components of globalization, effective interaction, autonomy, interventionist conditions, organizational infrastructure and prevailing atmosphere on university can be effective.

Purpose: The Purpose of the present study was to investigate the prediction of Internet addiction in adolescents in Qazvin based on responsibility and defensive styles.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of applied data collection method and quantitative data type in terms of data type. The statistical population of all high school students in Qazvin was in the academic year of 2019-20. Using the stepwise cluster sampling method, 325 people were selected as the sample size. Internet addiction questionnaires (Yang, 1996), Responsibility (California, 1948) and Defense Styles (Anders et al, 1993) were used to measure the variables studied. The analysis of the information obtained from the implementation of the questionnaires was performed through SPSS20 software in two descriptive and inferential sections (Pearson correlation, step-by-step regression).Findings: The results showed that responsibility is negatively associated with Internet addiction. Growing defense mechanisms are negatively associated with Internet addiction and have a positive relationship with underdeveloped and psychotic defense mechanisms. Also, the results of step-by-step regression analysis showed that responsibility along with developed defense mechanisms and psychologically impaired defense mechanisms can explain 10% of Internet addiction variance.Conclusion: Addiction is associated with the influence of conscientious personality and developed defensive styles and disorders I and II, and people with conscientious personality with less developed defensive styles are less addicted to the Internet.

Purpose: The aim of this research was identify the dimensions and components of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process. Methodology: The type of research based on the purpose was applied and based on the implementation method was exploratory from type qualitative. The research community was the documents and texts of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process and the experts and researchers in the fields of educational sciences of Tehran city in 2019 year. The research sample according to the theoretical saturation principle was 15 people who were selected by purposive non-random sampling method. Information collection tools included taking notes from documents and texts and interview with experts and researchers. Data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding methods in MAXQDA-2020 software. Findings: The findings showed that t the dimensions and components of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process had 86 indicators, 8 components and 3 dimensions. The organizational dimension had three components of management and coworkers, work environment conditions and performance appraisal system, the social dimension had three components of social relations, social responsibility and social status of the teacher and the individual dimension had two components of personal characteristics and immaterial goals of teachers. Conclusion: According to the identified dimensions and components of promoting teachers' motivation in the education process, planning are essential to improve teachers' motivation by promoting the components of management and coworkers, work environment conditions, performance appraisal system, social relations, social responsibility, social status of the teacher, personal characteristics and immaterial goals of teachers.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of demographic characteristics, educational program. support of managers on effectiveness of in-service training courses for employees of Welfare Workers Bank. Method: The research method was, fundamental-applied in terms of purpose; Depending on the type of data, it was quantitative study. The statistical population of the study included all employees of the Welfare Bank of Iran, (9794 people). In this study, using cluster and stratified sampling method and calculating the sample size in studies with factor analysis, 491 people were selected as subjects. The data collection method was a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, face, content and structural validity were used and Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used to assess the reliability, all of which were confirmed. Results: The findings of the study showed that demographic characteristics, educational program. support of managers has significant effects on effectiveness of in-service training courses for employees of Welfare Workers Bank. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, the results of the study indicate that in order to evaluate the effectiveness of in-service staff at Refah Bank, special attention should be paid to various individual, ducational and supportive components.

In this article, the effect of cultural capital on educational achievement has been studied. For this purpose, 210 female and male high school students(in educational year 995-96) of golestan sity were examined by using survey method.Sampling method was cluster sampling and the method of selection of study unit was simple random sampling. The data gathering technique was a questionnaire, in which, correlation between cultural capital and academic achievement was measured. The research results indicate that: (1) three indicators of cultural capital have a direct and positive impact on student educational achievement; (2) Mother's education is effective on cultural capital more than father's education, and thereby on the educational achievement; (3) the effect of cultural capital varies, depending on family socio-economic status; (4) family structure is effective on cultural capital, and thereby on the educational achievement. The results of research confirm the theory of cultural reproduction, particularly in reading atmosphere, reading habits and participation in the intellectual cultural activities.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Meta-Emotion on self-differentiation through students' self-compassion mediation. Methodology: The cross-sectional research method was correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all high school students in Tehran in the academic year 2019- 20, from which 420 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The research instruments were: meta-emotion Questionnaire (Mittmansgraber et al., 2009), Self-Differentiation (Skorn and Friedlander, 1998) and Self-Compassion Questionnaire (Nef, 2003). SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8.8 software were used to analyze the data. The data were also analyzed using structural equation analysis. Results: The results showed that meta-emotion had a positive and significant effect on students 'own differentiation. Also, the results showed that differentiation has a positive effect on students' self-efficacy. Conclusion: Based on the results of meta-emotion research, it has an effect on students' self-differentiation through self-help mediation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the ethnographic organizational culture of the two primary schools in Mashhad based on Schein's model.Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and ethnography with a qualitative approach. The study sample consisted of 15 principals, deputies, teachers and students in two primary schools for girls and boys in the city of Mashhad in the academic year 2019-20 who were selected in a purposeful manner and according to the principle of saturation. Sample volume adequacy was determined based on theoretical saturation. In order to collect data, semi-participatory observation and semi-structured interviews were used and for data analysis, coding technique was used in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The validity of the results was provided by the members of the research team based on the four criteria of Goba and Lincoln, with the assurance of the "authenticity" of the data, as well as the coding and review.Findings: The results showed the identification and extraction of 37 selective categories at three levels of behavioral patterns (18 selective codes), values and norms (12 selective codes), and fundamental assumptions and beliefs (7 selective codes) based on Schein's view. Out of 436 open codes, 227 open codes at the level of behavioral patterns, 121 open codes at the level of values and beliefs, and 88 open codes at the level of basic assumptions were identified. Out of a total of 88 central codes, 42 codes were extracted at the level of behavioral patterns, 29 codes at the level of values and norms, and 17 codes at the level of basic assumptions of organizational culture. Important features of organizational culture at the level of behavioral patterns can be poor social interaction between school members and inappropriate behavior of school staff with students and at the level of values and norms to cooperation, social empathy with parents and student motivation, and at the level of assumptions to cooperation. He mentioned the cooperation of parents and students in school affairs, students' discipline, school identity, monitoring and management of staff disciplinary behavior, and staff accountability.Conclusion: Given the dominance of bureaucratic, formal and controlling organizational culture characteristics in the studied schools and the dichotomy between bureaucracy and participation in the three levels of organizational culture, it is necessary to pay special attention to the soft and multi-layered category of school organizational culture. Especially in the field of teaching and learning, in the educational policy-making and decision-making process at the local and national levels by educational policy makers, especially school principals.

Purpose: Educational systems are based on the education and training of the future generation of the society, and students have a central role in this system, and the existence of social support from families, the government, the education system, and organizations. And other inputs are required for their growth. In this regard, psychologists and teachers consider motivation as one of the key concepts used to explain different levels of performance. The main cause of behavior is motivation and it can be defined as the driving force of human activities and the factor of his learning. Also, this concept can be used to explain the difference between students who have the same aptitude for learning, but their academic progress is different. From the point of view of psychologists, motivation is an internal process that activates, directs and maintains behavior over time, and motivation has been divided into two categories: "internal" and "external". The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between success factors and student achievement motivation.Methodology: This was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the present study included all 11th grade female students in Kermanshah in the academic year 2018-19. From this population, 400 people were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data collection tools were the Student's Academic Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (Jink and Morgan (1999), Waz & Isaacson (2008), Schumer's Epistemological Beliefs (1990), The Basic Psychological Needs of the Guardian et al. (2000), and Progress Motivation. Were Hermans (1987). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling statistical method in SPSS24 and Amos24 software.Findings: The results showed that the fit of the measurement model and the structural model of the research were confirmed. The results showed that epistemological beliefs, successful academic identity and basic psychological needs had a direct and significant effect on academic self-efficacy and achievement motivation and academic self-efficacy on achievement motivation. Finally, basic needs have a positive effect on successful academic identity and significance of 95% confidence level (P <0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, students who have suffered from academic failure and their motivation for progress and success has a declining trend can be used by using psychological counseling to improve academic identity, epistemological beliefs and basic psychological needs. He intervened and provided the ground for their academic progress. The results of this research can also lead to proper planning in order to adopt appropriate school strategies to increase the motivation of students' progress and consequently reduce academic decline and reluctance.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and perceived organizational justice with a commitment to organizational change among Kelat education staff. The present research is a descriptive research type of correlation and is a applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study is all teachers and managers of Kalat County (138 managers and 810 teachers). 260 subjects were randomly selected according to the Morgan table. Three standard questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational justice and commitment to change were used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by content validity and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study concludes that there is a relationship between servant leadership and perceived organizational justice, and there is no relationship between servant leadership and commitment to organizational change, and there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and commitment to organizational change.
