Purpose: The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of academic buoyancy training and logotherapy on motivational orientation in secondary school students.
Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and semi-experimental in terms of execution method with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The research population was the second grade students of secondary school in Iranshahr city in the academic year of 2019-20. Among them, 60 students were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly divided into three equal groups. The experimental group of academic buoyancy received training in 12 sessions of 70 minutes and logotherapy in 10 sessions of 70 minutes, and the control group did not receive training. The research tool was motivational orientation questionnaire (Ryan, 1989). Data were analyzed in SPSS-V21 software with multivariate covariance analysis methods.
Findings: The results showed that the increase in motivational orientation in the buoyancy training group was statistically significant compared to the logotherapy and control groups, while the logotherapy training did not significantly increase the motivational orientation compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is recommended that counselors and psychologists use academic vitality training methods to increase motivational orientation.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of peace education on the psychological capital in male high school students.Methodology: The present study was a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test-post-test design with a follow-up of two months And considering the two experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of male high school students in District 3 of Tehran in the academic year 2019-2020. 30 samples were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was the Lutans Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ). The experimental group received peace training in 8 sessions of 120 minutes in 4 consecutive weeks and the control group did not receive any training in this field. For data analysis, repeated measures analysis of variance was used in spss-22 and the above research is significant at the level of 0.01.Findings: The results showed that the implementation of peace education in the experimental group compared to the control group significantly affected the four components of psychological capital in male students. Also, the above results did not show much difference in the follow-up stage compared to the post-test stage, and based on this, it was concluded that peace education for male high school students steadily increases their psychological capital.Conclusion: Considering the positive effect of peace education on increasing the psychological capital of junior high school male students, it is suggested that these trainings be included in the curriculum or extracurricular activities of students in different levels and courses of study. Teachers and parents should be introduced to these concepts and the importance and necessity of addressing them in the school environment and classrooms by participating in workshops.

Purpose: Considering the importance of organizational innovative culture in the higher education system, the aim of the present research was providing model of organizational innovative culture based on transformational leadership style with mediated of professional ethics and quality of work life in Islamic Azad University.Methodology: The present study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of quantitative. The research population was employees of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran region in 1400 year with number of 1217 people, and according to Krejcie and Morgan table number of 291 of them were selected as a sample by cluster sampling method. The research tools were researcher-made questionnaires of organizational innovative culture, transformational leadership style, professional ethics and quality of work life, which the validity of them was confirmed by the opinion of experts and the its reliability evaluated good. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and path analysis in SPSS and Smart PLS software.Findings: The findings showed that the factor load, average variance extracted and Cronbach's alpha of all components was higher than 0.70. Also, the model of organizational innovative culture based on transformational leadership style with mediated of professional ethics and quality of work life in Islamic Azad University had a good fit. In addition, professional ethics and quality of work life had a direct and significant effect on organizational innovative culture and transformational leadership style had a direct and significant effect on professional ethics and quality of work life (P<0.001), but transformational leadership style did not have a direct and significant effect on organizational innovative culture (P>0.05). Also, transformational leadership style through professional ethics and quality of work life had an indirect and significant effect on organizational innovative culture (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it is necessary to improve the organizational innovative culture via improving professional ethics and quality of work life directly and transformational leadership style indirectly.Keywords:

Purpose: People with social anxiety have many interpersonal problems. As a result, the aim of this study was to comparison the effectiveness of dialectical behavior therapy and transactional behavior analysis on the interpersonal problems of students with social anxiety.
Methodology: This research was a semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and one-month follow-up design with a control group. The research population was female senior high school with social anxiety in governmental schools of Ashkhane city in the academic years of 2022-2023. In this study, 45 people were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly replaced in three equal groups. Each of the experimental groups was trained in 10 sessions of 90 minute separately and as a group with dialectical behavior therapy and transactional behavior analysis methods, and the control group remained on the waiting list for training. The research tool was Connor et al.'s social anxiety inventory (2000) and Barkham et al.'s interpersonal problems inventory (1996), and the data obtained from their implementation were analyzed by methods of analysis variance with repeated measure and Bonferroni's post hoc test in SPSS version 25 software.
Findings: The findings of this study showed that there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of reduction of interpersonal problems of students with social anxiety (P>0.05). In addition, both intervention methods of dialectical behavior therapy and transactional behavior analysis led to reduce the interpersonal problems of students with social anxiety in the post-test and follow-up phases (P<0.001).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, therapists, counselors, and psychologists can use dialectical behavior therapy and transactional behavior analysis along with other treatment methods to reduce the interpersonal problems of students with social anxiety.

Purpose: One of the effective factors in the state of schools is the performance of its principals, especially in the primary period. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective normative and behavioral variables in the performance of primary school principals.
Methodology: This research in terms of purpose and implementation method was applied and qualitative from type of descriptive-developmental, respectively. The research population was primary school principals and universal specialists in the field of education, which number of 20 people of whom were selected as a sample with using the purposive sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data were collected by individual semi-structured interviews (the validity of the interview was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was calculated by the agreement coefficient between two coders at 77.8) and analyzed by the open, axial and selective coding method in MAXQDA software.
Findings: The findings of the present research showed that for the effective variables in the performance of primary school principals were identified 76 indicators, 11 components and 2 dimensions. The effective behavioral dimension in the performance of primary school principals were included 37 indicators in 5 components of value, job satisfaction, motivation, personality and creativity. Also, the effective normative dimension in the performance of primary school principals were included 39 indicators in 6 components of organizational communication, organizational culture, organizational structure, decision-making styles, roles and expectations and goals and strategies. Finally, the effective normative and behavioral pattern in the performance of primary school principals was designed.
Conclusion: According to the results of this research, in order to improve the performance of school principals, can be taken effective steps through the identified indicators, components and dimensions for the effective variables in the performance of primary school principals.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to design and explain the agility model of the organization in Tehran Water and Sewerage Company.Methodology: The present study was cross-sectional in terms of time. In this study, by examining 10 professors and specialists of Tehran Water and Sewerage Company, effective variables were identified. In this research, Maxqda software was used for qualitative data analysis and theorizing.Findings: The results showed that 201 open source codes were identified from 543 concepts. 20 main categories and 49 sub-categories including organizational authority, continuous improvement, organizational dynamics, organizational consequences, individual consequences, group consequences, organizational change, organizational strategic management strengthening, development and empowerment, organizational climate, organizational management subsystems, efficient organizational information systems Manpower competence, economic conditions of organizational management, socio-cultural environment, global technology environment, policy management and macro planning environment of organizational management, political management environment of organization, agile management of organization, strategic coordination.Conclusion: According to the obtained results, by emphasizing on the technical abilities and skills of the employees of the organization, we should try to provide up-to-date information and knowledge to the employees. In this regard, appropriate training courses should be considered for the employees and the level of ability of individuals. Purpose: Today, attention to the behavioral aspects of clients and consumers and their perception of brands is very important and vital to attract and retain them. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of modeling the social behavior of consumer purchase through the perception from Shahrvand chain store brand.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of correlation type. The research community was the customers and consumers of the chain of citizen stores in the year 1400 (more than 100,000 people), based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan, 384 people were selected as samples using the available sampling method. There was a missing questionnaire (because more than 10% of the items were not answered) and based on this, analyzes were performed for 310 people. The research tools included a demographic information form (including gender, age, education and monthly income) and a researcher-made questionnaire on the consumer's social purchase behavior through the perception of the store brand, whose face validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was assessed as appropriate. Data were analyzed with exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods in SPSS-26 and Smart PLS-2 software.Findings: The findings showed that environmental characteristics as causal conditions were included consumer characteristics, perception of environmental factors and perceived consumer experience, brand-consumer relations as background conditions were included store characteristics, relational marketing and store internal branding, attitude to brand as intervening conditions were included perceived satisfaction from brand, brand relationships and pleasurable motivations, perception of brand as central category were included consumer status, branding based on consumer behavior and consumer understanding and expectations from the store, value creation as strategy were included brand positioning, perceived discounts, perceived after-sales services and perceived value creation and social behavior of consumer desirable purchase as outcome were included repeat purchase behavior, affiliation to brand and loyalty to brand; So that the factor load and average variance extracted of all of them were higher than 0.50 and the reliability of all of them by Cronbach's alpha method was higher than 0.70. Other findings showed that the model of social behavior of consumer purchase through the perception from Shahrvand chain store brand had a good fit and all effects of the mentioned model were positive and significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: The findings of this research showed that environmental characteristics have an impact on brand-consumer relationships and brand attitude and brand perception. Also, brand-consumer relationships and attitude towards the brand influence the perception of the brand. And the brand attitude and brand-consumer relationships have an impact on value creation. Finally, value creation has an effect on the social buying behavior of the consumer.

purpose: The aim of this research was developing and validating a teaching metacognitive skills model based on quantum thinking in student teachers.Methodology: The present study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The research population in the qualitative section was the books and articles related to metacognitive skills and quantum thinking in the last thirty years, which after reviewing them number of 50 cases (12 books and 38 articles) were selected as a sample by purposive sampling method. The research population in the quantitative section was student teachers of Farhangian University of Shiraz province in the academic years of 2020-1, which based on Cochran formula number of 100 people of them were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. The research tool in the qualitative section was take noting of books and articles and in the quantitative section was a researcher-made questionnaire (33 items) whose psychometric properties were confirmed. Data were analyzed in the quantitative section by coding method in MAXQDA software and in the quantitative section by exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS-23 and Smart PLS-3 software.Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that the teaching metacognitive skills model based on quantum thinking in student teachers had 129 indicators, 33 components and 8 categories, which categories were including macro policy area, content of metacognitive curriculum and quantum thinking, teaching and learning processes, use of information technology, interaction with scientific research centers, psychological foundations, evaluation methods and characteristics of learners. Also, the findings in the quantitative section showed that 33 items in the 8 mentioned categories were placed; So that the factor load of all items and categories was higher than 0.70, the average variance extracted of all categories was higher than 0.60 and the cronbach and combined reliability of all categories was higher than 0.90. Other findings showed that the teaching metacognitive skills model based on quantum thinking in student teachers had a good fit and the effect of mentioned model on all eight categories of macro policy area, content of metacognitive curriculum and quantum thinking, teaching and learning processes, use of information technology, interaction with scientific research centers, psychological foundations, evaluation methods and characteristics of learners were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of present research, officials and planners of Farhangian University can use the identified and validated model of teaching metacognitive skills based on quantum thinking in student teachers to improve teaching, training and learning, which for this purpose use the components and categories extracted from the present study is necessary.

Purpose: Socially disadvantaged people have many psychological problems, especially in the field of increasing dark personality traits and decreasing psychological adjustment. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of mindfulness training and compassion therapy on dark personality traits and psychological adaptation in socially disadvantaged girls.Methodology: This research in terms of purpose was practical and in terms of implementation, method was semi-experimental with a pretest, posttest and one-month follow-up design with a control group. The research population was socially disadvantaged teenage girls in health homes under the supervision of the welfare organization of North Khorasan province in the second half of 2021 year. The research sample was considered 45 people who were selected by available sampling method and were replaced by simple random method in three equal groups including two experimental groups and one control group. Each of the experimental groups received 8 sessions of 60 minutes (one session per week) separately with methods of mindfulness training and compassion therapy, and the control group did not receive any training during this period. The research tools were dark personality traits questionnaire (Jonason and Webster, 2010) and psychological adaptation scale (Biesecker et al., 2013) and the data obtained from their implementation were analyzed by analysis variance with repeated measures and Bonferroni post hoc test in SPSS software.Findings: The findings showed that both methods of mindfulness training and compassion therapy in compared to the control group caused a significant decrease in dark personality traits (and its three components including narcissism, machiavellism and psychopathy) and a significant increase in psychological adaptation (and its three components including experience, deliberation and social integration) in the posttest and one month follow-up stages in socially disadvantaged girls (P<0.001). Other findings showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods of mindfulness training and compassion therapy in reducing dark personality traits and psychological adaptation and the components of each of them in the posttest and one month follow-up stages in socially disadvantaged girls (P>0.05).Conclusion: According to the results of this study, health professionals and therapists can use both mindfulness training and compassion therapy methods in their psychological interventions to improve health-related characteristics, including reducing dark personality traits and increasing psychological adaptation.

Purpose: This article investigated the effect of designing a math curriculum based on storytelling on the creativity of fourth grade elementary students.Methodology: In this mixed study, the quantitative results of a larger study were analyzed and reported. To evaluate the students' creativity, after implementing the mathematical educational package based on storytelling, their performance was examined. The educational package was designed by the researchers based on the concepts of the fourth-grade math book. Comparison of the pre-test and post-test results showed that the content design of mathematical concepts based on storytelling has a positive effect on students' creativity.Findings: The results of this study showed that the design of math curriculum based on storytelling had a positive effect on the creativity of fourth grade students. Also, the partial eta square comparison of boys and girls showed that math education based on storytelling had a greater effect on girls' creativity.Conclusion: The results of this study showed that designing a math curriculum based on storytelling can significantly improve the creativity of fourth grade students. These findings showed that curriculum designers can benefit from designing educational content based on storytelling, which is compatible with students' characteristics. Also, the integration of educational stories with curricula at different levels and disciplines is also suggested to curriculum producers. According to the present study, the design of math curriculum based on storytelling has a positive and significant effect on the creativity of fourth grade elementary students. In addition, the results showed that this effect is greater on the creativity of girls. Therefore, it is recommended that curriculum designers take advantage of the design of educational content based on storytelling that is compatible with the characteristics of students. Also, combining educational stories with curricula at different levels and disciplines is also suggested to curriculum producers. This research can help curriculum planners and educational designers to develop more innovative methods to enhance students' creativity in mathematics.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of creative drama on cognitive emotion regulation of aggressive gifted adolescents.Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, pre-test-post-test and follow-up design were used. The statistical population of this study consisted of all gifted adolescent girls who are studying in talented schools in Tehran. Sampling method In this study, sampling was available. The number of samples was 30 (15 in the control group and 15 in the experimental group). First, the Bass and Perry Aggression Questionnaire (1992) and the Garnfsky Emotion Cognition Regulation (2001) were completed. Adolescents were then randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in a creative demonstration program for 12 sessions. At the end of the twelfth session, and 1 month after (to evaluate the durability of the treatment program). The questionnaires were completed again by the subjects of both groups. In order to analyze the data, repeated measures analysis of variance was used.Results: The results showed that the cognitive emotion regulation of the experimental group increased significantly (p <0.01) after the intervention compared to the control group.Conclusion: Creative drama therapy program seems to be a good intervention method to improve cognitive emotion regulation, so this program can be used to promote the health of aggressive gifted adolescents.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of strategic human resources management in the agility of Farhangian University of Mazandaran province.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method in the descriptive-survey study group. The statistical population of this study included all managers and employees of Farhangian University of Mazandaran province, whose number was 405 during the research period, and based on Cochran's sampling formula and available random sampling method, 108 people were selected as a statistical sample. The questionnaires of the present study included the standard questionnaires of strategic human resource management designed by Hong and Chang (2005) and the standard questionnaire of organizational agility by Sharifi and Yang (2001). In addition, in order to check the hypotheses of the research, the method of structural equations was used using Lisrel software.Findings: The findings showed that the strategic management of human resources had a direct role in making Farhangian University more agile. More specifically, the results showed that the strategic management of human resources has the highest impact on flexibility, followed by the variables of competence, promptness and responsiveness.Conclusion: In general, it can be accepted that the strategic management of human resources has played an effective and important role in the development of organizational agility in Farhangian University, and as a result, policy makers in this field can use it to improve organizational processes.

Purpose: The teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting through in-service training can play an effective role in improving the quality of their education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training.Methodology: In an applied study from type of qualitative, the present research was conducted on 10 professors and experts in the fields of education management and in-service training and empowerment who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation and with a purposive sampling method. The tool of the current research was a semi-structured interview that was conducted in the seasons of Farvardin to Shahrivar of 1401 year and its validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was obtained by the agreement coefficient method between two coders at 0.92. The data obtained from the semi-structured interview were analyzed with using the content analysis method according to the grounded theory in MAXQDA software.Findings: The findings showed that the policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training had 174 indicators, 31 components in six fields of causal conditions, central phenomenon, background conditions, intervention conditions, strategies and consequences. In this research, the causal conditions were includes 13 indicators and 3 components of the social needs, changes in educational needs and creation of individual needs in teachers, the central phenomenon were includes 11 indicators and 3 components of the scientific and practical education, solving problems and creating value, background conditions were includes 18 indicators and 5 components of the correct implementation of courses, richness of the content of courses, competent environment, correct planning and teachers' mentality, intervention conditions were includes 59 indicators and 6 components of the non-committed and non-specialist managers, incorrect performance evaluation, incorrect needs assessment, lack of quality of course teaching, non-traditional teaching methods and weak motivational system, strategies were includes 46 indicators and 10 components of the successful modeling, improving the content of courses, region-oriented planning, accurate and scientific needs assessment of courses, removing teachers' individual obstacles, changing in educational systems, improving the physical conditions, employing experienced and expert teachers, providing motivational platforms and appropriate evaluation system and consequences were includes 27 indicators and 4 components of social consequences, improving teachers' educational performance, occupational well-being of teachers and psychological consequences of teachers. Finally, the policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training was designed.Conclusion: The designed grounded theory policy-making model in order to teachers' professionalism empowerment and promoting by relying on in-service training can be used by education specialists and planners to design programs to teachers' professionalism improvement and empowerment through in-service trainings.

Data were analyzed with methods of fuzzy Delphi, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and Lisrel software.Findings: The items of the researcher-made questionnaire of the pathology of career path planning were examined with a fuzzy seven-degree scale, and the investigations showed that after two Delphi rounds number of 128 items had an agreement coefficient higher than 0.70. Also, the categories of the pathological pattern of career path planning with a high performance approach had a factor load of higher than 0.50 and Cronbach's and combined reliability of higher than 0.80. The mentioned pattern had a good fit and in this pattern causal factors on the central phenomenon, central phenomenon, background conditions and intervening conditions on strategies and strategies on outcomes had a direct and significant effect (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the results of this study and the designed pathological pattern of career path planning with a high performance approach, appropriate planning with that is necessary to improve the career path.

Purpose: Curriculum plays an important role in the success of educational systems. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of the heutagogical curriculum of the secondary high school.Methodology: The present study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative from type of exploratory. The population of this research was articles related to the research field in the years 2019 to 2023 and experts familiar with the research field and having PhD degrees in the fields of curriculum planning and educational psychology, which numbered of 9 articles and 6 experts were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation and with targeted and snowball sampling methods. The data was collected by taking notes from articles and semi-structured interviews with experts, which whose content validity was calculated by 5 experts 0.995 and its reliability was calculated by Cohen's kappa coefficient 0.979, and to analyze the data were used from thematic analysis.Findings: The findings from taking notes from articles and semi-structured interviews with experts showed that for the heutagogical curriculum of the secondary high school in the comprehensive theme of the flexibility were identified 8 basic themes in 3 organizing themes including the flexibility in goals, flexibility in programs and flexibility in management, in the comprehensive theme of the goal were identified 8 basic themes in 2 organizing themes including the heutagogical goal setting platform and comprehensiveness in goal setting, in the comprehensive theme of the content were identified 16 basic themes in 4 organizing themes including the extent of, content production, applied content and skill content, in the comprehensive theme of the learner were identified 15 basic themes in the 4 organizing themes including the self-determining recipient, creative cooperative, learner agency and internal motivation, in the comprehensive theme of the facilitation were identified 24 basic themes in 5 organizing themes including the heutagogical class, heutagogical teachers skills, authentic teaching, creating opportunities for students and teaching of heutagogical skills, in the comprehensive theme of educational technology were identified 12 basic themes in 3 organizing themes including the technological class, technological educational tools and social networks, in the comprehensive theme of thinking were identified 8 basic themes in 3 organizing themes including the systemic thinking, critical thinking and group thinking and in the comprehensive theme of evaluation were identified 19 basic themes in 4 organizing themes including the heutagogical assessment, teacher's role in assessment, student's role in assessment and choice in assessment.Conclusion: According to the identified themes from taking notes from articles and semi-structured interviews with experts for the heutagogical curriculum of the secondary high school, to improve the heutagogical curriculum must prepare the ground for the realization of the identified themes.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of teachers 'job commitment on improving the educational performance of schools and teachers' professional ethics to provide a model in education in Mazandaran province.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this research is an application that was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In the qualitative approach, the content analysis method was used and in the quantitative approach, the descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of 20 people in the qualitative section, senior managers and education experts of Mazandaran province and in the quantitative section, the teachers of education schools in Mazandaran province consisted of 33,567 people. Considering the saturation law, 10 people and in a small part, based on Cochran's formula, 380 people were selected as a statistical sample using stratified random sampling method according to the degree. To collect data, the researcher-made questionnaire of professional devotion with 55 questions, the questionnaire of educational performance Zandi (2013) with 25 questions, the researcher-made questionnaire of educational performance with 12 questions and the questionnaire of professional ethics Kadozir (2002) was used with 25 questions. The face and content validity of the instruments were approved by the supervisors and consultants and their construct validity was calculated with a factor load greater than 0.5 which was approved. And their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were also calculated above 0.7, which was confirmed. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that the variable of job commitment has two dimensions "organizational and individual". The organizational dimension has six components (organizational climate, organizational justice, reward system, job security, management support, organizational culture) and the individual dimension has three components (commitment to work, job motivation and positive feeling about work) that the organizational dimension With a factor load of 0.977 it has a greater effect and an individual dimension with a factor load of 0.922 has a lower effect.Conclusion: Also, the results of structural equation testing showed that; The effect of principals 'professional devotion on improving the educational performance of schools and teachers' professional ethics in education in Mazandaran province is positive and significant, and principals 'professional devotion has the greatest impact on teachers' professional ethics. Also, the presented model has a suitable fit.

The sample size based on the Krejcie and Morgan table was estimated to be 384 people, who this number were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research tools were leadership style questionnaire (Likert, 1961), researcher-made questionnaire of physical education teachers' contingency factors (with two dimensions of intra-organizational contingency factors and individual contingency factors), personality characteristics questionnaire (Costa and McCrae, 1992) as personality contingency factors and cultural variables questionnaire (Hofstede, 1994) as cultural-social contingency factors. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient multiple regression methods with enter model in SPSS software.Findings: The findings showed that only the contingent factors of avoiding uncertainty and patriarchy had the ability to predict the authoritative leadership style, only the contingent factors of extroversion, agreeableness, avoiding uncertainty and power distance had the ability to predict the benevolent leadership style, only the contingent factors of neuroticism, agreeableness, avoiding uncertainty and patriarchy had the ability to predict the consultative leadership style and only the contingent factors of agreeableness, willingness/motivation of work, capability/ability and work team had the ability to predict the participative leadership style (P<0.05) and other contingent factors did not have a significant role in predicting any of the leadership styles (P>0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicated the effective role of some contingent factors in predicting authoritative, benevolent, consultative and participative leadership styles, and experts can change leadership styles by adjusting these factors.

Methodology: This research is interesting from the point of view that by identifying the factors affecting innovation, it is possible to direct the appropriate policies to improve innovation in universities, for this purpose, after reviewing the literature and categorizing the factors affecting innovation and confirming this model Through interviews with university experts in the field of innovation, the research model was tested through data analysis, structural equation method and path analysis. The statistical population of this research includes 20 experts and academic experts (academic professors in the field of management and information science) who were sampled using a targeted snowball method and their views were extracted and refined using the fuzzy Delphi method. Findings: So far, no comprehensive research has been done regarding the factors and contexts that cause it. Considering this importance, the present article, while investigating the concept of organizational innovation, its necessity in organizations, the characteristics of innovative organizations, and investigating the effective factors in the formation of organizational innovation based on ethical leadership, organizational justice and organizational commitment in universities Government pays.
Conclusion: the results show that by being aware of these factors, fields, managers of organizations will be able to look at the issue of organizational innovation with a broader, more comprehensive, and more informed view and gain the necessary benefit in order to increase the performance of their employees. In addition, ethical leadership (0.72), organizational justice (0.91) and organizational commitment with a coefficient (0.83) each have a significant effect with the implementation of the effective factors of organizational innovation.

Purpose: Today in compared to the past, people's attitudes and tendencies towards political issues have changed, and political participation is one of the most important topics among global societies. As a result, the current research was conducted with the aim of sociologically investigating of the political participation level of teachers and social factors Affecting it.Methodology: The current research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation, method was descriptive. The statistical population of this study was all working teachers of Ardabil province in the 2020-2021academic years with number of 16300 people, which the sample size according to Cochran's formula was determined 380 people and this number were selected by stratified random sampling method. The tool of the current research was the 85-item researcher-made questionnaire of teachers' political participation with an emphasis on social factors Affecting it, which its face validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts familiar with the research field, and its total reliability was obtained using the Cronbach's alpha method 0.87. In order to answer the research hypotheses were used from frequency, frequency percentage, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression methods in SPSS software.Findings: The findings showed that in most teachers of Ardabil province the level of political participation, political motivation, and political situation of environment, satisfaction from political elites, political activity and political influence had on a low level, political skill had on an average level and political awareness, use of mass media and political extroversion had on a high level. Also, the variables of political skill, political awareness, use of mass media, political motivation, political situation of environment, satisfaction from political elites, political activity, political influence and political extroversion had a positive and significant relationship with the political participation of teachers (P<0.001). In addition, each of the variables of political skill, political awareness, use of mass media, political motivation, political situation of environment, satisfaction from political elites, political activity, political influence and political extroversion had a significant role in predicting the political participation of teachers (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the results of this study, in order to increase the political participation of teachers, it is possible to provide the ground for improvement and promotion the political skill, political awareness, use of mass media, political motivation, and political situation of environment, satisfaction from political elites, political activity, political influence and political extroversion.

Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigating the affecting scientific factors on the moral education of senior school female students and to presenting a pattern.Methodology: The current research is among mixed exploratory research (qualitative-quantitative). The qualitative population was university experts of Tehran city, which according to the principle of theoretical saturation number of 15 people of them were selected through purposive and snowball sampling methods and were subjected to semi-structured interviews. The quantitative population was the senior school female students of five district of Tehran city, which according to Krejcie and Morgan's table and due to possible spills number of 384 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and answered the researcher-made questionnaire. The qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed with open, central and selective coding methods in MAXQDA software and exploratory factor analysis in SPSS and LISREL software, respectively.Findings: The findings showed that the affecting scientific factors on the moral education of senior school female students were included 87 indicators, 21 concepts in 10 categories of social maturity, social, cultural, economic, family and educational infrastructures, personality and moral characteristics and learning and parenting styles, economic factors, critical thinking, social mission, life priorities, valid moral resources, self-awareness and social damages. Other findings showed that validity was confirmed because the average variance extracted for all 10 categories was higher than 0.50 and reliability was confirmed because the Cronbach's alpha and combined was higher than 0.70 for all of them. In addition, the pattern of affecting scientific factors on the moral education of senior school female students had a good fit and I the said pattern the factor load of all 10 categories was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The pattern of affecting scientific factors on the moral education of senior school female students has practical implications for education officials and supervisors. According to the results of this study, they can take an effective step towards improving the moral education of students.

Purpose: The test anxiety has a great negative impact on other academic and non-academic variables, therefore, should look for educational and therapeutic solutions to reduce students' test anxiety. As a result, the current research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of mental-grammatical imagery education and uncertainty tolerance education on students' test anxiety.Methodology: This was a semi-experimental study with two experimental groups and one control group, with a pre-test, post-test and two-month follow-up plan. In this study, the research population was all 12th grade female students of governmental and non-governmental schools in Bojnourd city in the 2022-2023 academic years. The sample of the present study was 45 students who were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly replaced in three equal groups (15 people in each group). The experimental group received 12 sessions of 90-minute with the mental-grammatical imagery education method, and the second experimental group received 9 sessions of 90-minute with the uncertainty tolerance education method based on the cognitive behavioral approach, and during this time, the control group did not receive any training. The data were collected with Sarason's test anxiety questionnaire (1985) and analyzed with the methods of analysis variance with repeated measure and Bonferroni's post hoc test in SPSS-25 software.Findings: The findings showed that there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of reducing students' test anxiety (P>0.05). In addition, both methods of mental-grammatical imagery and uncertainty tolerance education significantly reduced students' test anxiety in the post-test and follow-up stages (P<0.001).Conclusion: Considering the effectiveness of both methods of mental-grammatical imagery education and uncertainty tolerance education in reducing students' test anxiety, school counselors and psychologists can use mental-grammatical imagery education and uncertainty tolerance education methods to reduce test anxiety.

Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of the impact of culture shock on the interpersonal relationships of physical education students in Mazandaran province in order to present a model.
Methodology: The research method was practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data collection and was carried out in a field form. The statistical population of this research included all the physical education students of the free and state universities of Mazandaran province, who were selected as a statistical sample according to the criteria of the minimum sample size required in the factor analysis, based on stratified random method. In order to collect the data, the questionnaire made by the cultural shock researcher and the interpersonal relations questionnaire of Mahmoudi et al. (2015) were used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed in terms of content and structure. Composite reliability, divergent and convergent validity were used for the reliability test. Also, in order to analyze the data, spss and Amos software were used.
Findings: According to the results of culture shock, there is a significant negative direct effect on the interpersonal relationships of Mazandaran university students (Sig=0.001, t=-6.896) with the path coefficient (β=-0.703).
Conclusion: The results showed that the interpersonal stress component, the cultural distance component, the interpersonal distance component, the sadness component, the moral distance component, the psychological-physical pressure component and the confusion component have a significant negative effect on students' interpersonal relationships, but the effect of the rejection component Stress, anxiety, and fatigue were not significant on students' interpersonal relationships.

Purpose: The link of school and society can play an important role in preparing students for life in society. Therefore, the aim of this study was identifying the dimensions and components of the school and society link pattern based on the grounded theory.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative. The research population was professors and experts, policy makers of the Ministry of Education, managers of the General Departments of Education and schools managers in the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample size based on the principle of theoretical saturation was determined 18 people, who this number were selected by purposeful and snowball sampling methods. The data were collected with a demographic information form and a semi-structured interview, which the validity of the interviews was confirmed by triangulation and peer review methods and its reliability was calculated with a Cohen's Kappa coefficient 0.79. The data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method based on the grounded theory in MAXQDA software version 2021.Findings: The findings showed that for the school and society link pattern were identified 42 subcategories in 15 main categories; So that in the central phenomenon there were one main category of school and society link in Iran, in the causal conditions there were two main categories of structural factors and content factors, in contextual conditions there were four main categories of dominant structural focus, dominant organizational culture, accelerated and untimely managerial changes and intellectual and attitudinal factors, in the intervening conditions there were three main categories of role of virtual space and social networks, role of councils in the education system and role of the family, in the strategies there were three main categories of policy making in the field of attracting civil participation, appropriate governance of the educational system and re-engineering and refining the structure of the educational system and in the consequences there were two main categories of individual consequences and social consequences. According to the identified dimensions and components for the school and society link pattern, a pattern based on the grounded theory was drawn.Conclusion: The identified dimensions and components in this research for the school and society link pattern have many practical implications for the officials, managers and planners of the Ministry of Education. They in order to increase and improve the link school and society can provide the basis for the emergence and realization of the identified dimensions and components in this research.

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of academic vitality training and psychological capital on the academic engagement of female students.Methodology: This research was a semi-experimental type with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this research included all secondary school girls of the 7th district of Mashhad in the academic year of 2020. 45 people who had a lower score in the dependent variable and were willing to participate in training sessions were selected as a sample and were randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group (15 people in each group). One week after the pre-test for all three groups, one experimental group was exposed to the independent variable of academic vitality training and the second experimental group was exposed to psychological capital training, and the control group did not receive any training and then from all The groups were taken after the test. Rio (2013) standard academic engagement questionnaire was used to collect data. In this research, in order to investigate the differences between groups, multivariate and univariate repeated measure variance analysis was used, taking into account the intragroup (test) and intergroup (group membership) factors.Findings: The results showed that teaching academic vitality and psychological capital increases academic engagement in female students. The results showed that there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of academic vitality training and psychological capital on academic engagement.Conclusion: According to the findings, it can be concluded that academic vitality training and psychological capital are effective in increasing academic engagement and there is no difference between their effectiveness.

Purpose: One of the most important dimensions of thinking is scientific thinking, which can play an effective role in improving the academic conditions of students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was normalization and validation a tool for measuring scientific thinking in Iranian students.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from survey type. The research population was all high school students in Mashhad city in the 2020-21 academic years. The sample size based on Cochran's formula and with 10% attrition was calculated 648 people, which this number were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research tool was a Liang et al scientific thinking questionnaire (2006), and the resulting data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis in SPSS 26 software.Findings: The findings showed that among the 24 items of the scientific thinking questionnaire, the content validity index of all items was approved because it was higher than 0.70, and only the content validity ratio of 4 items was inappropriate because it was lower than 0.50, and these items were revised and modified. Also, the scientific thinking questionnaire had 24 items in 6 components of using from scientific methods, using from scientific theories and laws, social contexts and culture, creativity and visualization, observation and inference, and practice; So that the factor load of all items was higher than 0.60, the average extracted variance of all components was higher than 0.50, and the Cronbach and combined reliability of all components was higher than 0.70. In addition, the reliability of the total scientific thinking questionnaire was obtained with the Cronbach's alpha method 0.86 and with the combined method 0.93.Conclusion: The results showed that the a tool for measuring scientific thinking in students has a good validity and experts and educational planners can use this tool to measure the level of scientific thinking of students and based on its components design and implement programs to improve and promote scientific thinking.
