Purpose: Considering the importance of organizational innovative culture in the higher education system, the aim of the present research was providing model of organizational innovative culture based on transformational leadership style with mediated of professional ethics and quality of work life in Islamic Azad University.Methodology: The present study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was cross-sectional from type of quantitative. The research population was employees of Islamic Azad University of Mazandaran region in 1400 year with number of 1217 people, and according to Krejcie and Morgan table number of 291 of them were selected as a sample by cluster sampling method. The research tools were researcher-made questionnaires of organizational innovative culture, transformational leadership style, professional ethics and quality of work life, which the validity of them was confirmed by the opinion of experts and the its reliability evaluated good. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and path analysis in SPSS and Smart PLS software.Findings: The findings showed that the factor load, average variance extracted and Cronbach's alpha of all components was higher than 0.70. Also, the model of organizational innovative culture based on transformational leadership style with mediated of professional ethics and quality of work life in Islamic Azad University had a good fit. In addition, professional ethics and quality of work life had a direct and significant effect on organizational innovative culture and transformational leadership style had a direct and significant effect on professional ethics and quality of work life (P<0.001), but transformational leadership style did not have a direct and significant effect on organizational innovative culture (P>0.05). Also, transformational leadership style through professional ethics and quality of work life had an indirect and significant effect on organizational innovative culture (P<0.001).Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, it is necessary to improve the organizational innovative culture via improving professional ethics and quality of work life directly and transformational leadership style indirectly.Keywords:

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of teachers 'job commitment on improving the educational performance of schools and teachers' professional ethics to provide a model in education in Mazandaran province.Methodology: In terms of purpose, this research is an application that was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) with an exploratory design. In the qualitative approach, the content analysis method was used and in the quantitative approach, the descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population consisted of 20 people in the qualitative section, senior managers and education experts of Mazandaran province and in the quantitative section, the teachers of education schools in Mazandaran province consisted of 33,567 people. Considering the saturation law, 10 people and in a small part, based on Cochran's formula, 380 people were selected as a statistical sample using stratified random sampling method according to the degree. To collect data, the researcher-made questionnaire of professional devotion with 55 questions, the questionnaire of educational performance Zandi (2013) with 25 questions, the researcher-made questionnaire of educational performance with 12 questions and the questionnaire of professional ethics Kadozir (2002) was used with 25 questions. The face and content validity of the instruments were approved by the supervisors and consultants and their construct validity was calculated with a factor load greater than 0.5 which was approved. And their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were also calculated above 0.7, which was confirmed. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that the variable of job commitment has two dimensions "organizational and individual". The organizational dimension has six components (organizational climate, organizational justice, reward system, job security, management support, organizational culture) and the individual dimension has three components (commitment to work, job motivation and positive feeling about work) that the organizational dimension With a factor load of 0.977 it has a greater effect and an individual dimension with a factor load of 0.922 has a lower effect.Conclusion: Also, the results of structural equation testing showed that; The effect of principals 'professional devotion on improving the educational performance of schools and teachers' professional ethics in education in Mazandaran province is positive and significant, and principals 'professional devotion has the greatest impact on teachers' professional ethics. Also, the presented model has a suitable fit.

Purpose: The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of professor’s professional ethics on student’s motivation Methodology: Current applied research is conducted in survey method. Statistical population is consisting of University of Zanjan’s students and 140 questionnaires were collected by using convenience sampling method. The validity and reliability of research tool (questionnaire) was validated. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. Findings: Findings show that there are positive relationships between professional ethics and motivation. Professional ethics has a positive and significant effect on motivation. The effect of personal and interactional characteristics has also a significant of motivation, but the effect of professional work quality was not significant. Professional work quality mediated the relationship between personal and interactional characteristics and motivation. In addition, interactional characteristics mediated the relationship between professional work quality and motivation (p < 0.005) Conclusion: According to findings, we can conclude that pay attention merely to technical aspects of teaching is not sufficient, but also considering professional ethics including traits such as justice, responsibility, and rule-orientation, can complete the quality of the professional works or good teaching.

Purpose: The present research aimed to provide a model of school managers' perception from the challenges of professional ethics in modern society.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The research population was in the qualitative part was education experts of Gorgan city with history of management and policy making which according to the principle of theoretical saturation number of 20 people were selected by purposive sampling method and in the quantitative part was the managers and deputies of the first and second period of high school of Gorgan city in the academic years of 2018-19 with number of 256 people which according to the Cochran's formula, 153 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. To collect data were used from semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire of managers' perception from the challenges of professional ethics that the validity of the managers' perception questionnaire with the method of average variance extracted 0.61 and its reliability obtained by Cronbach's alpha method and combination 0.94 and 0.87 respectively and validity of the challenges of professional ethics questionnaire was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and average variance extracted and its reliability obtained by Cronbach's alpha method and combination of total and all factors higher than 0.60 and 0.70 respectively. Data were analyzed by methods of open, axial and selective coding and structural equation modeling in SPSS-22 and LISREL-8.8 software.Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that the challenges of professional ethics had 164 basic concepts, 38 open codes, 19 central codes and 9 elective codes. Knowledge (including three codes of up-to-dateness, comparative studies and knowledge dissemination), leadership (including two codes of paternalistic view and source of motivation), committed responsibility (including two codes of work commitment and efficiency), competitiveness (including two codes of competition law and advantage Competitive), development-oriented (including two codes of efficient rules of the Minister of Socio-Cultural Construction), constructive authoritarianism (including two codes of executive determination and constructive interaction) and futurism (including two codes of program-oriented and needs assessment). Quantitative findings showed that managers' perceptions had a direct and significant effect on professional ethics challenges and professional ethics challenges on all nine factors (P <0.05).Conclusion: According to the results, planners and officials to coping the challenges of professional ethics can provide the ground to improve the orbital legitimacy, orbital ethics, orbital scientism, leadership nature, commitment responsibility, competitiveness, development-oriented, constructive authoritarianism and foresight.
