Purpose: The main goal of this research is to identify the environmental factors that influence the formation of creative ability of 7-11-year-old students in Ilam city.
Methodology: The present research is of a mixed exploratory type (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of its practical purpose. In the qualitative stage, using the qualitative method of theme analysis based on the opinions of research experts (selected in a purposeful way), the evaluation and identification of environmental patterns effective on the formation of creative ability in students have been evaluated, and the results of the theme analysis are four patterns of natural and artificial elements of the environment. , the natural structural characteristics of the environment, the determining factors of environmental behavior and the physical dimensions of the space were presented for the proposed qualitative model. In line with the results of the theme analysis, a researcher-made scenario regarding the influence and influence of the identified patterns on the formation of students' creative ability has been used using the fuzzy Dimetal technique.
Findings: The findings showed that the adaptability component that has the highest amount of D+R is the most interactive. It has the same relationship with other indicators as well as the heat and humidity component which has the highest D-R value; It has the greatest influence on other indicators. Also, in the same dimensions, the dimension of physical-spatial factors) has the most interaction with other dimensions, and also the dimension (determining factors of environmental behavior) that has the most influence on other dimensions.
Conclusion: The environment is considered as an important factor in creating the fields of learning and creativity.

Purpose: Students spend an important part of their lives in school. In this period, special opportunities are provided for their cultivation and growth. The subject of creativity is one of these opportunities that, if formed in this period, will have favorable consequences in various cognitive, social, and psychological aspects, and will increase the chances of success in life. Creativity includes talent, initiative and creating, which exists potentially in every person and at every age and is closely related to the socio-cultural environment. Creativity has also been defined as those mental activities that lead to unique and new solutions, ideas, conceptualizations, artistic forms and theories. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of time management on school commitment and creativity of female high school students in Ahvaz.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and pre-test and post-test semi-experimental design with control group. The statistical population of this study included all high school students (second) in Ahvaz in the academic year 2018-19-, which was determined from 3 districts of the city, district 2 and then 50 students were randomly selected. The selected samples were assigned to two experimental groups (n = 25) and the control group (n = 25). The research instruments included the fear intervention time management educational program (2008), the Torrance Creativity Test Questionnaire (MPPT) and the Abedi School Commitment Questionnaire (2009). The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by content validity and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha test method of 0.91. Time management intervention sessions (during 2 months and 7 sessions) were performed for the experimental group and no training was provided to the control group during this period. Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistical methods (analysis of covariance of univariate and multivariate with Spss24 software) were used to analyze the data.Findings: The results showed that the effect of time management intervention on school commitment and students' creativity in the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group and this difference continued (p <0.01).Conclusion: Considering the effect of time management on school commitment and students' creativity, planners of the educational system should include skill courses such as planning and time management in the secondary school curriculum in order to improve life skills along with the topics of the course.

Purpose: This article investigated the effect of designing a math curriculum based on storytelling on the creativity of fourth grade elementary students.Methodology: In this mixed study, the quantitative results of a larger study were analyzed and reported. To evaluate the students' creativity, after implementing the mathematical educational package based on storytelling, their performance was examined. The educational package was designed by the researchers based on the concepts of the fourth-grade math book. Comparison of the pre-test and post-test results showed that the content design of mathematical concepts based on storytelling has a positive effect on students' creativity.Findings: The results of this study showed that the design of math curriculum based on storytelling had a positive effect on the creativity of fourth grade students. Also, the partial eta square comparison of boys and girls showed that math education based on storytelling had a greater effect on girls' creativity. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that designing a math curriculum based on storytelling can significantly improve the creativity of fourth grade students. These findings showed that curriculum designers can benefit from designing educational content based on storytelling, which is compatible with students' characteristics. Also, the integration of educational stories with curricula at different levels and disciplines is also suggested to curriculum producers. According to the present study, the design of math curriculum based on storytelling has a positive and significant effect on the creativity of fourth grade elementary students. In addition, the results showed that this effect is greater on the creativity of girls. Therefore, it is recommended that curriculum designers take advantage of the design of educational content based on storytelling that is compatible with the characteristics of students. Also, combining educational stories with curricula at different levels and disciplines is also suggested to curriculum producers. This research can help curriculum planners and educational designers to develop more innovative methods to enhance students' creativity in mathematics.

Purpose: The aim of this research was to study the relation of transformational leadership to creativity through organizational learning mediation. Methodology: This research was descriptive and correlation studies. This research population were all the teachers of high schools in Kermanshah city (5900), that a sample in 360 people size were chose by simple random sampling and Morgan’s table. The research instrument was three standard questionnaires of Transformational Leadership Bass and Avilio (2000), Nifeh Organizational Learning (2001) and Moqimi Creativity (2009). Statistical techniques and statistical software SPSS and LISREL were used to analyze the data. In descriptive analysis of the data, frequency distribution tables, central indices (Mode, Median and Mean), dispersion indices (Standard deviation and Variance) were used. Pearson correlation coefficient and confirmatory path analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. Findings: The findings showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect (0/2532) and significant effect on creativity at 0/05 level. The organizational learning has a positive effect (0/08) and significant effect on creativity at 0/05 level. The transformational leadership through organizational learning (0.0432) and t value (2.12) has positive and significant effect on creativity at the 0.05 level. Conclusion: Therefore, applying transformational leadership style in organization enhances organizational learning and employee creativity.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present an effective model of school-based management on Teacher's creativity in primary schools in Babol. Methodology: In general, this research was a descriptive field in terms of applied purpose, field control in terms of control and data collection in terms of data collection, and on the other hand, the present study can be considered as an exploratory research. The statistical population of the qualitative stage was 15 selected principals and teachers of primary schools in Babol city who were selected by purposive sampling method using theoretical saturation index compared to sampling from the statistical population. Babol, whose number was 1318 people, according to Morgan table, 302 people were selected as a sample by random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The analysis method was coded in the qualitative stage and in the quantitative stage the structural equation model test was used using smart-pls and spss software. Finding: The results of the qualitative phase of the research showed that the dimensions of school-based management in primary schools in Babol include stakeholder participation, social capital, school strategy, support factors, organizational performance, the possibility of school-based management and structural factors and dimensions of Teacher's creativity in principals and Teacher's of Babylon schools include the dimensions of organizational health, psychological capital, environmental factors, cultural factors, individual factors and the operational structure of the school. The results of the quantitative phase of the research showed that the effect of school-based management on Teacher's creativity was equal to (6.707) and path coefficient (0.547). The rate was 0.547. Conclusion: According to the research findings, the effective model of school-based management on Teacher's creativity in primary schools in Babol city has a favorable fit.
