Purpose: The purpose of this research was to present a model for promoting reading culture among elementary school students.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of qualitative data collection method, it was based on the foundation's data theory based on Straus Corbin's plan. The community included education experts of Bushehr city in the academic year of 2020-21. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, content validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and reliability was obtained by the agreement coefficient method between the coders at 78.8%. Data analysis was done using open, axial coding method and using Max QDA Pro version software.Findings: The results showed that the central phenomenon includes book donation, reading associations and institutions, and teaching study skills in schools; Causal conditions include the institutionalization of culture, book reading, story reading program and study targeting; Intervening conditions include the librarian's role, book reading competitions, holding book exhibitions, and contextual conditions including the virtual space, the suitability of libraries, and the role of the family. Identified strategies include factors such as policy making - reducing costs in government subsidies and finally the consequences that include the creation of new libraries, electronic publishing, participation in online book reading criticism.Conclusion: Making policies and presenting a suitable policy in line with the expansion of reading culture through offering cheap books, holding festivals and reading competitions, equipping libraries and proper planning in education and media can provide the basis for the development of reading culture.

Purpose: Investigating the educational needs of different groups always helps to better understand the current situation and to have a good perspective on the future. Therefore, the purpose of this research was studying the educational needs of elementary school principals based on the professional competencies.Methodology: This research in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of purpose implementation method was descriptive from type of survey. The research population was public elementary school principals of Alborz province with number 584 people (381 women and 203 men) in the 2017-18 academic years. The research sample was 231 managers who were selected by multi -stage cluster sampling method. The research tool was educational needs of principals based on professional competencies with 89 items that designed by the present study researchers. For data analysis were used from exploratory factor analysis and chi-square test in SPSS-19 software.Findings: The findings showed that for the educational needs of elementary school principals based on the professional competencies were identified 8 factors of management expertise, knowledge of teacher skills, perceptive-human skills, artistic skills, moral-social skills, technical skills, motivational skills and knowledge of physical space standards of schools and the factor loading of all items was higher than 0.40. Also, the factor load of all factors was higher than 0.50, the average variance extracted of all factors was higher than 0.60, and the reliability of all factors with using Cronbach's alpha and combined methods was higher than 0.80, and the reliability of the whole tool with using Cronbach's alpha method was estimated 0.91. In addition, according to the elementary school principals there was a significant difference between the amount of observed value and the amount of expected value in all 8 identified needs (management expertise, knowledge of teacher skills, perceptive-human skills, artistic skills, moral-social skills, technical skills, motivational skills and knowledge of physical space standards of schools) (P

Purpose: One of the main concerns of the current society, which is the foundation for the formation of a healthy and developed society, is the issue of citizenship and education of global citizens. The aim of this study was to develop and identify the components of the content of the curriculum of the elementary course of global citizenship.
Methodology: This research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the present study was 833 articles of all domestic and foreign articles and documents related to the discussion of global citizenship in the period 2010 to 2021. For this purpose, 65 internal and external documents and articles were purposefully reviewed. Library method was used to collect information, and checklist and receipt tools were used. The validity of the study was reviewed and confirmed by experts and the reliability was calculated to be 0.632. This research was conducted by content analysis method in MAXQDA 2018 software.
Findings: Findings showed that regarding the components of curriculum content with a global citizen approach, 31 basic themes, 7 organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes were identified. Inclusive and organizing themes included knowledge components (global literacy and global concepts), value and attitude components (global perspective, global responsibility and flexibility), and skill components (social skills and cognitive skills).
Conclusion: Considering the comprehensive and organizing themes, it is necessary to pay attention to the global citizen, and education should revise the content of primary school textbooks in order to raise children in order to achieve citizenship content

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of altruism in the elementary school hedyehhaie aseman curriculum.Method: The research approach was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the method of documentary study. The research population included hedyehhaie aseman books for elementary school (second to sixth grade) in the academic year 2020-21, which due to the nature of the subject of all grade books. In order to validate the accuracy of the data, the researcher's self-review method and peer review were used, and for data reliability, simultaneous review was used. Checklist was used for data collection and content analysis method was used for data analysis by manual coding method.Findings: The findings of this study included 6 main categories, 16 sub-categories and 98 concepts that the main categories of family belonging (kinship and intrinsic love), friendship (communication skills, biological connection, democracy), socialization (citizenship, Homophobia, coexistence), educability (awareness, counseling, optimism), originality (confidence building, economic security), self-knowledge (selfishness, self-construction, concern) were identified in it.Conclusion: The results showed that altruism through education, while promoting the position and role of students, developed their individual and group competencies and made them responsible for the actions and living phenomena of society.

Purpose: Considering to the role of human resource excellence in improving the performance and effectiveness of the organization, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on human resources excellence in education.Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was qualitative, the research population including the documents of human resources excellence and education experts of Alborz province in the 2019-20 academic years. The sample was considered according to the theoretical saturation principle 15 people who were selected by targeted and snowball sampling methods. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews whose validity was confirmed by the triangulation method and its reliability was calculated through the agreement coefficient between the two coders 0.84. Finally, the data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding method.Findings: The findings showed that the effective factors on human resources in elementary school teachers had 79 open codes, 41 axial codes and 19 selective codes. The selective codes were included of support management and leadership, providing facilities and needs of elementary school, effective communication and human relations of teacher, growing school culture, job motivation, belief and view of the teacher role, job satisfaction, salary and welfare, technological knowledge and skill, personal characteristics, cyber space, specialized knowledge and individual skills of elementary school, educational and developmental strategies, role of stakeholders (students and parents), attracting and training the qualified people, improving the quality of evaluation, facilitating organizational policies, teacher job competencies and teacher research skill.Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the identified effective factors of human resource excellence in primary school teachers have practical implications for education specialists and they can improve the identified factors to improve the performance and effectiveness of the organization.

Purpose The aim of this study was to identify moral concepts in students in the fifth and sixth grade textbooks of elementary school.Methodology: Content analysis was used in two steps to achieve the objectives of the research. In the first step, qualitatively, the method of analyzing conventional or inductive content was used to identify categories. In the second step, after accessing the categories, the categories were reviewed quantitatively, systematically and objectively. The statistical population of this study, all Persian books (reading), social studies, gifts of heaven and experimental sciences in the academic year 1398-1399, fifth and sixth grades of elementary school, which included 8 volumes of books, sampling in this research was done theoretically and the criterion of classification, existence Moral content was considered in the structure of textbook lessons.Findings: Unfortunately, the alignment of ethical concepts in textbooks has not been addressed and of the 12 ethical concepts, only "thinking", "good behavior", "cooperation" has been considered.Conclusion: Other concepts are inefficient in terms of the number of repetitions and variations in alignment at different bases.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the process of establishing women's schools, in the form of establishing female primary schools during the constitutional period and between 1324 AH/1285 AH to 1330 AH/1291 AH. Examining this issue not only in terms of its occurrence in the constitutional period as the first period of education modernization experiences in Iran, but also in terms of the establishment of girls' schools, the role of women's writings in the press of this period in relation to the issue of women's right to education and Its design is important in the form of social demands. Also, in this period, women's active social presence has started for the first time in the form of a quasi-union, and women have begun to raise their social demands, in the meantime, the establishment of schools for girls has been the main social demand of Iranian women. This research, which has been compiled by documentary method with content analysis technique, shows the fruition of social efforts and the realization of women's social rights. An effort that, less than a decade after it was proposed in the press of the constitutional era, led to the establishment of girls' schools in different cities of Iran, on the basis of which, girls also enjoyed the right to education like boys.
